I placed an order ment for delivery but placed as a pick up. Called and asked if i could pick it up later in the day. They said yes. Once there, they were nice and let me know there was a wait (I didn't want butter on the bites). It got done quicker.

Staff was hesitant but very helpful. Payment kiosk was not functioning properly but we got it done. The new churro ? bites were good although I think they had a little too much chocolate for our tastes. We purchased both caramel and sweet cream dip as well to round out the taste sensation. Sadly, I felt the soda prices are a bit high but that did not distract from the the deliciousness of the pretzel experience.

Tried calling their number to say that we received burnt pizza bitz. Had half of one and biting it was extremely hard, tasted burnt. I’m sure they’d resolve it if they got the chance to answer the phone. But we’ll try again. On the other hand the original pretzel was perfect!
