GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!
Over 1 month ago my husband & daughter went to Whataburger on 150 highway in Lees Summit on a late night to get food. My daughter was eating in the car in the dark & noticed a texture that wasn’t quite right. Turns on the light & sees RAW chicken. You can literally see it’s RAW. They go back to the store & speak to manager. She reviews the camera & reports that she will let the director know. Meanwhile, my husband is asking the lady who fixed the food….DID YOU INTENTIONALLY DO THIS? YOU HAD TO! She did not answer. I have tried to call the manager of the store at least 5 times. No return call or anything. I even tried another store who reported they would try to contact them. No response. The person who cooked this doesnt need to be cooking any food for anyone. Im sick of these restaurants thinking they can serve us anything. My child got a stomach ache after consuming this raw food. Still no response from this company.
cold rude in inappropriate I don't like the way it's ran
Whataburger in Hernando, Ms is top notch! Stephine the manager and her staff are always welcoming with warm hearts! My husband, daughter and I eat there at least 4+ times a week and we feel like we have extended family at Whataburger. We are a family that would base our vacations around Whataburger locations because there wasn’t one around where we lived until now! There are very few times we have been there that Stephine wasn’t there. She is amazing, hard working, and works with heart! So glad to have a Whataburger in our town. Thank you Hernando Whataburger for treating us like family not just a customer.
Order accuracy is horrible
Friendly service, I never ate there that I was disappointed with the food or the service. I ate at the one in Mexia Texas. There building a restaurant here in greenwood sc, where I live now.
They need to make sure the restaurants clean and wrappers are clean before putting the food on them. The fist time I ate one of those burgers was at Texas and was very pleased I know all restaurants are not the same. But I was really disappointed last night
Love the burgers and great service
We went through the drive thru at Whataburger 989 in Brewton, Alabama on Hwy. 31. The cars were just past the order signs, so not wrapped around the building. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. We only had two sandwiches, two fries and two drinks. The guy at the window said it’s always like this when we asked what took so long. Terrible service. Not fast food at all.
Went to the new WB on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, the most unconcerned rude employees except for one young man who spoke and got my order corrected. 5-6 employees just standing around no one asked to take our order so we ordered on the kiosk. Order spelled out what burger how many ketchup we wanted and when the order was brought out I got a single burger when I paid for a double and no ketchup or ranch was offered. Better step up your game too much competition in this market and I’m sure the owner invested a chunk a change in this store. 👎🏽😡

Being a Texas boy I can tell you a thing or two about how a Whataburger should be and this one was the best one I've eaten at here in Arizona.

I had the worst experience in my life at the Athens, Al location this weekend. I was racist profiled by the employees that work here. Because of the way I look, the girl at the counter assumed I did not speak English and went to find someone so they can speak to me in my language. (Spanish) while I was asked what I may be help with in my “ supposedly language” the other two employees just stood there laughing. When I tell you I was so offended. It is beyond that. I assured the employees that I could speak the English language and DID NOT NEED ANYONE TO SPEAK FOR ME NOR MY FAMILY. At this point I just wanted to walk away but my son wanted a milkshake I had promised him. The fact that this employee assumed something just based off the way I look or the color of my sink is just racist. I hate to use this word. Or were they all just ignorant? Because laughing at the matter did not help the situation at all. I am honestly going to look into taking legal action. This should never have happened. I would’ve understood if I can to the counter and couldn’t speak the language but come on. Even at that the employees should not be laughing at the matter.
I eat there every Sunday and Wednesday morning before work it's bout 48 bucks a month but they are always good especially the tiny onions lol
