If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered mini cord dogs and a lemonade Sunday evening the 8th. From eating that food I got food posioning and have been in terrible pain. Should reevaluate this place and quantity of food.

My mother in law was going to grab some food but my son who is autistic needed the restroom. When she asked the manager unlock the restroom she proceeded to tell my mother in law that she needed to buy something “first”. My mother in law let her know that was the intention when the manager told her she needed to buy something like a “water”. Finally after back and forth the manager said she would do it this one time but still had to make comments as if it’s taking away her pay to do so. My mother in law told her if she continued to make comments she would call corporate. The manager then advised she wasn’t going to open it and walked away with my son needing the restroom. This seems to be an issue with this location per the last reviews. I will be filing a complaint.
My wife tried speaking to the general manager apparently its his policy, he couldn’t even speak with her for two minutes to address her question on why he would have it if its bad service to customers and he hung up. Ignorant as they come.

What the heck. Stopped by after a long night at work and was excited for my husband to try my childhood favorite but instead had to repeat my order 4x and remind her at the window. She forgot our drinks after having said "peach lemonade" 4x she gave me a classic. Our fries were cold. Our shake cup had a slit in it and leaked all over us on the drive home. We tried to help ourselves with napkins but there were none in the bag. No straws. And when we got home to enjoy the food, there was hair in our chili cheese fries and the burger was prepared poorly and fell apart. Not the best visit.

Old man came in with family and asked to use the restroom, he was told he would have to buy something first, offered to buy something and they told him he would have to wait......girl at the front is polite and this is not her fault, management is unacceptable...... if you're not going to treat me like a human being why would I eat your overpriced bland food, QT has better hot dogs for cheaper and they let you go when you need to go!

I eat at this location pretty frequently. Everyone here is exceptionally nice and the food is always super-fresh.
Better hot dog quality than Sonic by a long shot, and the food isn't ridiculously expensive either.
I normally go for the All-Beef Junkyard Dog and a Cucumber Tea. 💜

Having grown up in California where this company started it's nice to have one of these close to me here in arizona. The food is just as bad for you yet somehow delicious at the same time. The prices aren't too bad the dipped ice cream cones are awesome and they have really good online specials if you just bring in the coupon which I have included in the picture on here. Total Stoner munchie food, not vegan not vegetarian not gluten-free not that free not Atkins friendly just really good fat people foodI

It give it zero stars if possible. Worst service of any food place ever. The manager should get fired for lack of interpersonal skills. Hes a Tall goofy guy with blonde curly hair. Aparently, after reading several complaints, hes a repeat offender. Denying people the use of bathroom for paying customers wether they pay first or not shouldnt be an issue at all. Or was it discrimination? Aparently, theres more people leaving reviews with the same issue. Some people are just miserable. Even the other employees fell tense for denying the use of bathroom from this tiny tirant. For some people its customary to use bathroom and wash hands before eating. Especially after work and long drive in traffic. Nobody needs this mistreatment when you have plenty choices. I regret even going there at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
