Food was gross. Nothing more than Fili B’s and twice the price. Staff was horrendous and does not know what customer service is. The waitress was annoyed while we ordered our food. Then provided no refills. No follow up with table at all once food came out. Rude tone. Tried to charge us twice for our drinks and place them under another line item on the receipt. The place was terrible. I have no clue what the “noise” is about this place being “great”. I ordered #8 green chili style just like my husband mom got #1 I didn’t get enchiladas style relleno was greasy this is r 3rd visit and last We like to give people opportunity but each time the server was rude seems we always get the same one on the ticket it said REN table 5 so never checked to see if we need anything or refills didn’t see her till bill ready to pay

First time there, I judge every Mexican Restaurant by how good the Chili Rellenos and salsa are. The Rellenos were outstanding and the salsa was good. The service was outstanding and the place was clean and attractive. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it.

Used to go here all the time, food was amazing, prices were great, and the service was wonderful!
Went there and the prices had almost doubled, the second bowl of chips, and salsa was a extra charge, and food was overcooked.
Whatever happened I wish the good ol Globe Miami mentality would return.

My wife and I have been going to the Tempe Restaurant for 15 yrs always had excellent service however the Restaurant in Mesa Southern and Higly we had the worst customer service my wife and I just dinned in we were eating and the young lady started to sweep right from of us told to please stop cause we were getting dust on your food she got all upset little after they brought the check over putting on our table like wanting us to leave my wife was still eating while the same girl came over with an attitude asking and wanting to take my wife plate while my wife was she eating I have meet the owner Before Brinda you have the worst staff ever please coach them they need a lot of training also let them know if they don’t want to work in customers service they have no business serving tables or attending customers the food was excellent but your kid and family need a lot of training I will be in touch with you Thank you Pay Customers

Although my beef taco is typically delicious, the price is very high for the quality. I like my beef taco with extra toppings and the price comes out over $7. For that price I could purchase a beef taco at a competitors business.
