We've been coming to Xavier's Casa Reynoso for many years, and never once have they disappointed in any way. Everything was on point, down to the warm crispy chips and delicious salsa. Service is always excellent and you get your food very quickly. The red Chile , rice, and beans are always made to perfection. Always consistent in every way.

I stopped by this family owned business on my last day in Arizona. The food, service, atmosphere and friendliness was above and beyond amazing. Although I was a solo traveler, I felt as if I was a part of the family as well. Stop by and feel that home away from home feeling. Great job to this great restaurant! Xaviers is a place we eat often. The food is amazing, and we usually receive very good service. Tonight we did not. We called ahead of time at 733pm to see when they close and they closed at 8pm. They said as long as we got there by 745 we would be seated. It was my husband's birthday tonight and that was the reason for the visit. The GPS said we would get there on time so we headed over. We walked into the front by 741. The guys said they closed the kitchen early so we would not be seated. I explained we had just called 10 minutes earlier and they said we would be seated if we arrived by 745. He went to the back and someone else came up and said they closed the kitchen early because they had a huge rush in the last 10 minutes and ran out of beans. There was literally 3 sets of people there and I don't believe there was a huge rush in the last 10 minutes that wiped out the food. She apologized and again said they could not reheat the food, which means they had food, and that they closed the kitchen early. I told her that would have been fine if we just showed up, but we called ahead of time and they knew we were coming. If they weren't going to seat us they just should have said so when we called and we would not have come. But to tell us to come, and then not seat us is ridiculous. Poor customer service tonight guys. Do better, make sure all employees are on the same page, and don't treat your loyal customers this way. This was definitely your error, and we should have been seated and offered just what food was available.

Food was gross. Nothing more than Fili B’s and twice the price. Staff was horrendous and does not know what customer service is. The waitress was annoyed while we ordered our food. Then provided no refills. No follow up with table at all once food came out. Rude tone. Tried to charge us twice for our drinks and place them under another line item on the receipt. The place was terrible. I have no clue what the “noise” is about this place being “great”. Fourth visit, last visit, and each were dissatisfying and negative distasteful all around feeling and experience. No más

I ordered #8 green chili style just like my husband mom got #1 I didn’t get enchiladas style relleno was greasy this is r 3rd visit and last We like to give people opportunity but each time the server was rude seems we always get the same one on the ticket it said REN table 5 so never checked to see if we need anything or refills didn’t see her till bill ready to pay

First time there, I judge every Mexican Restaurant by how good the Chili Rellenos and salsa are. The Rellenos were outstanding and the salsa was good. The service was outstanding and the place was clean and attractive. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it.

Used to go here all the time, food was amazing, prices were great, and the service was wonderful!
Went there and the prices had almost doubled, the second bowl of chips, and salsa was a extra charge, and food was overcooked.
Whatever happened I wish the good ol Globe Miami mentality would return.
