Food was delicious as always but I went there on a Saturday for take-out and got half the portion size that I did going on a Wednesday and that annoyed me especially because of the price I paid. Portion size shouldn’t change just because there are more people dining in.
Food was great and the waitress was lovely. We got the Jolof with tilapia and the fufu and egusi. We both loved the fish and would order it again. We were excited to try fufu for the first time, but while it was good, we probably wouldn’t order it again. But it was fun to try a new food item! Would recommend Zola and would return.

The food was absolutely delicious!
The owner was there. After chatting & placing our order with the cashier girl, the owner came over & greeted us, chatted with us for a bit & even made us a drink on the house — we didn’t have to pay for it, and it was SO good! They also gave us puff puff (Cala) on the house, which was such a sweet and generous touch.
