It’s been about 6 months or so since my last time in Zoyo, I purchased 2 of them and it came up to $25! Not only do I not get my points anymore, the per oz has gone up immensely to .81 cents! I think even doubled! Along with me paying with my card and getting charged extra per oz! What the heck happened to Zoyo! We had dinner at Blue Adobe before that and payed $10 more for dinner for two than Zoyo! I will not be back!

Strong odor of cheap cleaning solution everytime we go. Maybe it's fabuloso brand but it's really overpowering scent. The yogurt is ok .

One of the times I went here they had rancid frozen yogurt, because they clearly don’t clean their machines enough. Then the woman working there wouldn’t give a refund for it. I also saw a teen boy pick up a cherry eat it and then lick the serving spoon, and put it back. Aaahh the memories, I’m sure there are cleaner froyo places. Here me out tho always get tango mango even if it’s rancid

I am disgusted with the employee that had her friend verbally harass vulnerable women with racist rants. How dare him say such horrible and racist things. We spend hundreds of dollars at this location. No more!!! I am going to pursue this further with their corporate offices and make a report to the BBB and expose this individual for his cowardly actions along with his racist remarks too.

Very disappointed. This lady that works there at night was rude to my mom and my autistic sister because they got there a little before they closed. My mom wasn’t too mad she just left but ice cream is all my sister is eating right now. She went back next day at night again and the lady was rude to her, threw her ice cream in the scale and started to be loud and rude again. My mom said I just want to pay for my ice cream and leave but this man that was there and apparently knew the employee started screaming at my mom and saying she should go back to her country, she needs to speak English and called her names. My mom was a loyal costumer there but won’t be coming back. Very sad to have racist employees

Usually I have no troubles with Zoyo, at any of the locations, but this location has a staffing issue. The owner is great, but there is one young lady who works closing who has been rude and racist to my mother-in-law because she and her daughter happened to come into the store between 8:30-9.
There is no need to argue with someone because they have an accent, that's such an immature and idiotic thing to do.
I would stay away from this location until they correct their employees' behavior and give your money to a better location.

Not a safe environment! Female closing shift employee was extremely rude and started calling my mom names and discriminating her for being an immigrant because she came in after 8:30 pm My mom is a regular since I have a sister with eating disorder and is the second time this employee lost her cool and was very personal Another customer got involved as well and started ganging up against my mom due to her being an immigrant The owner is very nice but the staff is not very good with customer service
