Don't try to call the store, at least at night. The employees are messing around answering the phone like it's a personal phone and not a business....cackling it up in the background and who knows how many customers actually called tonight that they missed out on orders for because they're too busy being childish than running a business. I get having fun at work but you also have to play the professional part I thought. Also if the app was correct and wasn't saying I had to place my order for a different time cause the store is closed when it's not I wouldnt have had to hear their bullshit on the phone.

just visited and food was AMAZING was so tempted not to go because of all the negative reviews but i am so glad i went. they were busy and they got my food out in 3 minutes which i was not expecting 3 minutes is so fast and exxceptional

Ordered a 8 piece all white. Got only 5 chicken breast and 3 wings but not like the whole wing with the little drumstick but just the little end with no meat on it.😡 Paid 38+ It was the meal.

Edit 9/13/25: in recent times, service has been very poor. I did a few online orders via the app one to two hours in advance only to then find they hadn’t even started on my order and I had to wait well beyond (15-20 min.) my scheduled pickup time.
Then another time the cashier informed me there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait which I was fine with and I even said so. When I attempted to order, I was yelled at saying there was going to be a long wait. Even after I had said I was fine with waiting. I left.
Then the evening of this post, I ordered a 12 piece meal for the family and the cashier tried to give me a 3 piece. He attempted to correct the order but it was still incorrect. I should’ve looked at the order before I left because by the time I got home, I had received nothing I ordered or paid for.
I’d say be wary of your visit here and be sure to check and double check what is given to you.

Drive thru cashier was very rude and keep telling me the customer that cooking was not her job when I asked how much longer it was going to take for our order we had been waiting for 35 minutes and another family came in ordered received there food befer our food yes this store in Globe Arizona is terrible the manager said nothing when I asked her if she was going to let her casher speak to a paying customer. I cancelled my order and left my review one yelp is not going to be good

I loved the service here we were greeted with the upmost respect. It was nice to see the other workers happy to help with our order. The place could use a refurbishing. Otherwise great service

Doors were locked at2:30 in the afternoon, I went somewhere to eat.
Twice now got home with raw chicken. The place is always filthy. And the so called manager..Junki?? She does nothing but yell and scream at the employees, right in front of the customers. It makes for an awkward and negative experience. This is not ok.
