I really like the occasional greasy fried chicken. It had been almost a year since I had treated myself in this way. When I'm craving the flavor, I go to KFC. When I want the crunch, I visit Church's. It smelled so good! The chicken was cooked well and satisfying my craving but the taste was off a little. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much after so long or maybe the oil hadn't been changed in a while? Regardless, I'm pretty sure it will be another year or two before I visit another Church's Chicken.

We got the wrong order. We brought the food home for dinner and we didn't get what we ordered. Very disappointed because we repeated the order more than twice. Churches is one of my favorites and it was sad when I got home and didn't get what I was hoping for. I called back many times and no one answered the phone.

Customer service was non existent. Wanted to dine in but I would only get looked at as they pushed a button on their ear to say. "Hi welcome to Church's can I take your order?" So I jumped in my truck and drove through the drive thru to get my order taken. Understaffed for sure, but I would have patiently waited had I even been acknowledged as I stood there.

Went through the drive-though an 1hr 40mins before close and was told they were not making anymore tenders for the night.
Never ever has strips, when they SAY they do, they end up being hot and spicy.. good if you like that type of thing, but I do not.

I'd never tried Church's chicken until yesterday. I won't go back. Place was filthy, men's bathroom is the only one working...DISGUSTING. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Chicken tenders were stringy chicken. Asked for spicy and got plain.Store was bare, cold and tables were filthy while all employees were chatting on the back. Not worth it.

The person training today was very rude and the dirty looks she gave was uncalled for.. I get it your job is hard and probably sucks..we were only trying to tell you that one of the orders was for spicy..the way you looked back at me darn if looks could kill..the person being trained was very sweet...
The food, service and restaurant has gotten better whatever changes they made have worked we eat here a couple times a month
