Went to get my veterans Day coffee at the Miami, AZ location and was refused because the workers were not informed about it by their manager. This should not have happened!

I get there only 2 people waiting. After 20 minutes, I had to ask where in line is my coffee. Next one. I go grab something in the Frys and then watch him put my drink on the counter with 4 others, but he didn't call my name. Worst customer service ever. Now I remember why I never go to Starbucks in Globe. They

Completely missed my drink, gave everyone their drinks who ordered after me, one person proceeded to go on break before anyone realized my order was sitting there, they made it in about 2 minutes and didn’t apologize or take accountability for forgetting it. Plan for a half hour wait if you decide to go here.

Devin at this Starbucks was very rude to me and my fiancé a few times now when we were trying to place an order. This most recent time, He kept talk to his coworker (Belinda) while the line was very long. We waited for 30 mins for one drink.
