Line was long, ran out of things, no gluten-free options.
Pizza was good we purchased 2 large pizzas and 5 cookies some with ice cream on them. All the videos I watched prior mentioned these cookies being delicious but we had a terrible experience! Cookies tasted like they were 5 days old! They were very hard,so much so that we just brought them home because the kids couldn't bite them... these cookies are $10 each which would had been great if one could actually eat them! We spent $160 for our lunch... We will be back to Mount Lemmon but not for the cookies! Save your money
The environment was fun and beautiful for families
Cookies were large and tasted great.
Took a day trip up Mt Lemmon and were pleasantly surprised to find the cookie cabin near the top of the mountain!
Parking is a bit limited, but worth it!
Swating inside is limited, but plenty of seating outside.
The staff were very friendly and the cookies are warm and fresh and delicious!
Fair warning, they are as large as a plate 🍽
Highly recommend adding ice cream to the plate to make everything better 😋
Probably the worst cookie I’ve ever had. Pre-frozen tasteless hockey pucks.
Nice place to sit outside and have a coffee and cookie.
The cookies here are as big as a paper plate! Sooo big and hot out of the oven!
The cookies are huge!! And the pizza is amazing! The staff there today is amazing , friendly and fast. These are the people who love their jobs it shows. Thank you all for the great experience we will be back soon!!
cookies are OK, but not great. overhyped. bring your own food up the mountain
Whatever you do, don’t get the coffee it’s $6 and it’s extremely mid

I just love it these they have really good cookies
Hi there! I decided to visit the cookie cabin this past weekend with my children on my vacation back home for the weekend. I was so excited to visit my family friends daughter at her place of work and eat some awesome cookies. But unfortunately we were not even greeted by the blonde woman with bangs at the register, we had ordered a few cookies and some hot cocoas for the kiddos. The only words she spared for us were “what do you want” and the end price. On top of that we wanted ziplock bags for our cookies and she then threw the bags on the counter with no words, and then our hot chocolates were served with no lid on top of any of them. Was so excited to see my friends daughter but not excited to deal with that rude blonde woman.
Cookies the size of a paper plate and delicious!
Not worth it ! Was totally excited to try this place with my family. We always go to Mount lemmon for the snow so we decided to try the cookie cabin. A whole pizza is $35 plus taxes it was not worth it at all very thin & dry . The customer service is horrible. When you walk up they don't even greet you.
I ordered a hot tea and asked what kind of tea they had and all the lady cashier did was put a box of tea on the counter for me didn't say anything so I assumed I picked one out of the box . Got four hot cocos and they didn't even put a hot sleeve or a lid on them I had to ask for them and all she did was throw them on the counter.
We visited the cabin on Sunday the 18th and we didn't want to ask for the pizza to be remade due to the poor customer service while ordering.
