Went 12:30 11/25/25. After a $6 tip from a $35 pizza ordered from the counter for 2 kids, 2 parents, and literally the only thing they did was walk it 10ft to our table, they would only give 2 complimentary waters, meanwhile offering 4$/bottle.
I wish I could refund the tip I paid for wise that counter service but instead the only thing I can do is leave this bad review and never go back. Happy Thanksgiving to the bad customer servers
We love this place , just gotta get here early. They stop taking pizza orders at 4:30 pm and that's good because it gets cold and dark before 6 pm on the mountain. Bring extra layers so you can be comfy.
just good massive cookies i recommend white chocolate macadamia
Great Cookies and much more. You have to stop to warm yourself up. Loved it.
Love the cookies
Cookie are huge!!! Just a fun all-around experience.
Was a great visit a few years back for lunch during the summer. Definitely much cooler at 8200 ft above Sea level than in Tuscan.
Cookie Cabin was great. We went towards the end of the day so they were out of some flavors. What they did have was awsome. Cookies are huge. You get one BIG cookie. Comes out warm and goody.
A bit pricy, but, worth it. If your at Mt.Lemmon be sure to stop by the Cookie Cabin. Thier cookies are exceptional.
Cookies were very mediocre especially for $9
DO NOT GO HERE - extremely disappointed in how this restaurant treated my family. My autistic child and his grandma were waiting for their pizza when he was told to leave. He was hungry and upset, but was being calmed by his grandmother. There was no compassion, patience, or understanding shown to a disabled customer. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and deeply hurtful. Management should train their employees on how to treat all customers — including those with disabilities — with basic dignity and respect.

Small shop, lots of stairs to get there.
Great cookies and pizza! Very friendly, helpful staff and a nice little spot to take a break. They even had a water dish for our dog.
Very kind, friendly people but processed prepackaged food. Nasty quality, essentially inedible unfortunately since the decor and ambiance is cute.
Giant cookies were warm and delicious!
Shocked at quality of pizza ours was not cooked properly has ownership changed? Totally changed pizza and the cookie too..went hungry rather than eat it..threw all 6 slices in trash didnt even finish the cookie between 4 people..
