DO NOT GO HERE - extremely disappointed in how this restaurant treated my family. My autistic child and his grandma were waiting for their pizza when he was told to leave. He was hungry and upset, but was being calmed by his grandmother. There was no compassion, patience, or understanding shown to a disabled customer. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and deeply hurtful. Management should train their employees on how to treat all customers — including those with disabilities — with basic dignity and respect.

Small shop, lots of stairs to get there.

Great cookies and pizza! Very friendly, helpful staff and a nice little spot to take a break. They even had a water dish for our dog.

Very kind, friendly people but processed prepackaged food. Nasty quality, essentially inedible unfortunately since the decor and ambiance is cute.

I would rate it higher. But there was nothing for us to eat. Please urge them to have plant based options. ?. This is a nature based environment. Let us be nature positive and responsible with our food options. Thank you ?

Atmosphere was good and employees were friendly. However, the pizza was awful and you can tell they only survive on tourism. You're better-off getting pizza down below before you try this place.

I drove up to Mount Lemmon for the first time and found this quaint shop. We decided to give it a try. The pizza was ok. The cookie was bland and dry. I paid $19.00. It was overpriced even for a tourist location.

Showed up about 15-20min from close. Wait in line which was insanely slow. 3 people away from ordering a cookie and they say "we ran out of cookies." Braindead staff never announced that ahead of time to everyone at all. On girl claims she did announce it right at 5. An absolute lie or she whispered it to people inside or something. Nobody in front of me or behind me ever heard anything. Get a better system for closing time or chain off entry with a sign. Trying to sell you alst cookie and screwing over about 15-20 people that had been a waiting well before close is insane. Morally bankrupt company just wants all your money. A kinda couple shared their cookie with us as we were walking back uphill and we asked how it was as they told us they ran out. The kindness of stranger is amazing, the cookie is a 3/5 at best.

Got a bunch of cookies. They are huge! The sampler is a fun one to try all of the cookie flavors. Ask for baggies to take them to go!

Went to Mount lemmon for my first time today finally! I have been super excited for this experience for quite some time and finally made it up with a group of friends. The food was amazing the cookies were phenomenal but the service could have been better. Because of the long wait in a line that raps through to the parking lot it seemed very friendly with all the visitors. We began socializing while standing in line and we're enjoying ourselves and the new found company. My friend had ordered ahead of me and the cashier was so caught up with busy they were (and I do understand rushes can be overwhelming) however as a newly single Mom adjusting to welfare I only had enough on my card for an important bill coming up and was wanting to get my friend a souvenir for taking us which I could just barely afford. The cashier assumed we were paying together when all I could afford was the cute sticker I told her I'd like to buy. She emptied my debt card, showed no interest in the fact that she assumed wrong and didn't even offer to try and correct her wrong doing. Leaving us with the stress and mess of trying to figure out how to put money back on my card ( which charges a fee and cost me more that I don't have the funds for...) I began to let this go but had to return to the line to get napkins and spoons. We had an order we were waiting for and I heard them say that they were taking it out so I asked the waitress if she was taking it to our table she was very disgruntled and rude when I asked if it was number 14 barking at me that no she was carrying number 4. I was only hoping to help save her the walk and help her by taking it to our table. Come to find out she was carrying our order but knew she had been rude to me so asked another employee to take it to us.... Meal was great food was fantastic like I said but the service definitely was a turn off.... Not a good first impression I'm sorry to say....

*Response to the owners response - I'm sorry however that is just not true. There was NO offer to rectify the situation, which is why this review was made.
