I was sitting in the lobby doing some work, was going to order a sandwich and a coffee momentarily, lady comes out and ask if we have ordered anything and I said not yet and she proceeds to tell me I need to leave because the lobby is for paying customers only. That’s a first and last time I’ll visit this coffee shop.

Iam picking coffee up every couple of days from this location. Today Saturday I went to pre order on the app my coffee like I do everytime and it said it's not available. So I called the store and explained what happened. I got a very rude abrupt Women saying we turned it off becouse were busy. I said seriously and she was very rude. I understand busy but you don't make it less convenient for your customers becouse your busy. Busy is good I've been in the buisness for decades and would never think of handling busy like this. I'm very disappointed. There are 3 other Starbucks with in 2 minutes of this location. If it's that busy maybe you should send some staff from another location to help out. Or maybe a Manager from a slower location.

I've been going here before traveling for work and the service has been really spotty, even though it's the same person each time. I'm never offered the receipt and last time I went I asked for a large and they gave me a regular. I go every Sunday around 615 before driving 4 hours.

I tried to do their five dollar pairing. Asked what size came with the drink and was told any size. I told him I’d take a venti since it came with any size, got to the window and my total was $8.50 not $5. I was lied to and misinformed that it could be any size, when in reality I could only get a tall. I had to pay the difference for a drink I didn’t even want because all I wanted was the sandwich. I’m not angry, just really sad.

I stopped here on my drive home to Flagstaff and ordered my go-to Trenta Green Iced Tea w/o water, I have been ordering since 2009, 15 years. As I placed the order, the register girl was looking around, not focused, not even looking at me. When the tea came out, it was watered down. I asked the barista who asked the girl at the register why she did not indicate “no water”. The girl at the register lied in front of me, claiming I never said it. I did. In fact the lady behind me heard me and mentioned she did not know she could have it without water.
Mistakes happen. That’s okay. But to actually lie to blame a customer for a mistake you have made is not acceptable. I have owned two successful businesses for 43 years. My employees are taught to listen carefully to the customer, who is always right. This girl needs to be appropriately trained.
