Einstein Bros. Bagels is a friendly and clean location. The manager is awesome, friendly, and cares about the customer experience, always talking to customers and remembering names. The staff is great and the server was friendly, making a great effort. The location is consistent with its bagel quality, with bagels that are always soft. Customers love the coffee selection, noting the blended coffee drinks are better than other chains and that the creamers are always full. The new menu items are very good, like the maple breakfast sandwich with pancake buns. The turkey lunch sandwiches are loved, and you can't go wrong with the egg sandwiches. Orders are filled quickly, rarely with a wait of more than a couple of minutes. Ordering through the app is enjoyed for rewards like free bagels or egg sandwiches. While the store doesn't have the same cozy feel as others, it provides a good experience and is a great location that makes mornings better.
