3 stars because the drive thru is quick, food is always good, and usually people are nice. However, I was in earlier today and ordered a grande caramel brûlée late with an extra shot. I tasted my drink and it tasted like espresso, water, and a splash of milk. I went in shortly after and had explained that my coffee was not good. The girls response was “maybe we forgot the syrup” ??? Forgot the syrup? Never have heard that excuse before so that’s a new one. Just some advice...read full review
Fantastic all around. Only issue is the customers in the drive thru. 95% of them block the traffic for vehicles going west. Etiquette is if in the drive thru keep the space for cars to drive the opposite direction. Cars will turn into the opposite lane instead of leaving the gap blocking the left lane that is for vehicles coming that way.

The Customer service was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. The drinks were amazing and the food was warm and delicious. The order was quick. When they didn't have what I wanted the worker offered a substitute and it was good.Great service !!!
