The Customer service was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. The drinks were amazing and the food was warm and delicious. The order was quick. When they didn't have what I wanted the worker offered a substitute and it was good.Great service !!!

3 stars because the drive thru is quick, food is always good, and usually people are nice. However, I was in earlier today and ordered a grande caramel brûlée late with an extra shot. I tasted my drink and it tasted like espresso, water, and a splash of milk. I went in shortly after and had explained that my coffee was not good. The girls response was “maybe we forgot the syrup” ??? Forgot the syrup? Never have heard that excuse before so that’s a new one. Just some advice maybe don’t forget the syrup and you won’t have to remake peoples coffee.

Pulled through their drive through at 6pm and was told by the girl behind the window that they were closed even when Google said they didn't close for 30 minutes. I let her know that Google said they were open and was told that it's been that way for a while and they couldn't update it. Highly disappointed that they aren't updating their hours so I didn't waste my time driving there.
