This location is usually great but this morning 06:40 crew - sounded like the ladies were having a party - 2 people came on the drive thru speaker laughing and giggling so I gave my order and got to the window - first item out was the egg pesto sandwich which btw was thrown into the bag and was apart one half slid to the bottom while the other was stuck to the top inside of the bag on cheese - I showed the lady at the window and who took the order - and she said well that happens...
Went through the drive-thru and Lisa was absolutely amazing! She greeted me with so much enthusiasm at the window and was incredibly patient and kind. Such a great start to my day—thank you, Lisa!
Im originally from surprise so this is my first time in anthem and when I say I was so surprised on how sweet the employees were to me I was STUNNED, the cashier was an older lady with long straight hair, she was so nice and even asked me if I wanted something to eat with my drink, I’ve never been asked that in my 19 years of living and breathing at a Starbucks, and another person was tall with wavy shoulder length hair and glasses, so very sweet she mispronounced my name (which...
