This place is always super busy in the morning until noon. The waitress are very nice and are very attentive when you're ordering. It looks like all of the staff are bilingual (English/Spanish) which is nice since the place is very close to our neighbors south of the border. There's plenty of parking ?️ especially on the back of the building.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the back of the building. Handicap parking spots are very few.
The wait staff is always great at this restaurant. The food and atmosphere are average but we are drawn to ihop because we have dined at ihop locations in Arizona for over 40 years so it's always a sentimental trip.
