KFC offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some find the chicken dry and the buns unappetizing, others praise the fresh food and fast service. The staff is highlighted for being courteous and professional, providing a pleasant dining experience. Some improvements in the quality of chicken pieces are noted, and the staff's treatment was excellent. The restaurant is considered kid-friendly with a play area and wheelchair accessible for those in need. Overall, KFC appears to have a dedicated staff and provides a range of experiences for its customers.
