McDonald's in Nogales

“I have been to this place more than 20 time in the last 20 years. Popular place for business meal. The biggest problem is most of the shrimp dishes were overcooked. They shrunk and became tough. For steak, they are overcooked most of the time. They don't know what medium rare means. I went there with Spanish speaking people friends with no help. This is a general problem across Mexico. They all like their steaks WELL DONE. I gave up many years ago. Other than that I like this restaurant chain. I've been to their other El Marcos in other cities across Mexico.“

“I have been reading all the reviews for this outlet and found them very interesting because most of them are simply blaming the service. This is so far the busiest outlet I have ever seen till now. The digital app order is very clean and easy. It is only for people who have the McDonald’s app.The last time I went to this place, I had to wait 15 minutes simply to get French fries but then I was observing the whole place and found fries dropped on the floor whereas the staff was running here and there to meet the high quantity orders. Then I understood that sometimes what we see is not just the whole picture, it is something more than that. What we see on the outside is bad staff, bad service, bad food, and bad place but a higher perspective tells us that even they are humans like us and it is very easy to sit down and judge someone working in the kitchen but it is very difficult to keep the mental health and personal problems aside and serve the customers. Just because it is a fast-food chain does not mean they must work like robots, so henever you go to this place, make sure you have enough patience to tolerate all this because if it is not easy for you then it is not easy for them as well. Let us give respect to these hardworking people. That’s it they ask for! ?“

“EDIT!! Woah, I'm amazed!! Gave this location another shot I can't believe the turn around. Night and Day the food was amazing! Got exactly what I ordered and it was hot and delicious! Wow! The service was impeccable the young woman working on this night was so friendly and helpful! I don't know what happened but- I'm so happy I enjoyed my food and it was worth every penny!!! Great job!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

I don't even know where to begin. Maybe I should start by mentioning the 2.2 rating this McDonalds has. Wow! There is Taco stands in other countries with fewer amenities that are cleaner and have better tastier food and have the most friendly workers. I don't get it where are the owners of this restaurant. Why invest so much money and let others run it to the ground. The service is horrible. The workers are terrible. The food is even worse cold, to the point where the cheese looks fake. I'm serious. The meat it rubbery, and the bread is hard. The place is beyond dirty. The customer service does not exist. I could go on and on. To me, this location is just another disappointment for this area. Nogales and Rio Rico will never progress or have anything to look forward to. Nobody cares, not the owners, much less the workers. It's just another failure for the people who live here. I mean, if the owners don't check the reviews or try to improve their service in their restaurant. Then who will!? So sad. I recommend Wendy's they have really stepped up their game. The food it hot and made to oder the service. It is amazing, and just across the way, don't spend your hard earned money here at this McDonalds. It's not worth it.“
