“Never thought I would review something from Subway but here it is.

They have pizza!!! I had no clue. It's been on the menu for a while they said. So guess what...I had to try it. I'm not kidding. There is a pizza box from Subway with my other pictures in case you don't believe me.

It was pepperoni and my choice of veggies. They threw it in the convection oven they have and a few minutes later there it was.

I wasn't sure what to expect from them when it came to pizza. But I was surprised. I really was.

The bread wasn't too thick or too thin. Had a nice crust to it. Not chewy at all. My first bite impression was more people should know about this. They don't advertise this. At least I have never seen a commercial or anything related to it.

With fresh toppings and a good base (bread) this was a satisfying surprise. And it wasn't expensive either. I can't remember if it was 5 or 6 bucks. Well worth it if you ask me.

Let's put it this way, the first bite was as good as the last. I will certainly have this again and maybe try other toppings next time.

By the way the pizza is only one size as you can see in one of the pictures.

“I have been to this place more than 20 time in the last 20 years. Popular place for business meal. The biggest problem is most of the shrimp dishes were overcooked. They shrunk and became tough. For steak, they are overcooked most of the time. They don't know what medium rare means. I went there with Spanish speaking people friends with no help. This is a general problem across Mexico. They all like their steaks WELL DONE. I gave up many years ago. Other than that I like this restaurant chain. I've been to their other El Marcos in other cities across Mexico.“
