“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. “Didn’t order this time because my daughter ordered online at another one. Amanda was very helpful but I have a major concern: she was working alone! This is so wrong for her safety first for one thing and not to have a phone is another. She would have called the other location to make sure it was the right one but she she said “they” took the phone out. I was there about a month ago and she had been stuck by herself all morning and her helper that finally had come in at 11 or so was new. There was a line and mine hadn’t come in yet online and she hadn’t gotten to it. No problem. Another customer started screaming that she wasn’t waiting on her (she wasn’t in line behind the three people waiting). The customer was out of control and Amanda kept her cool and kept working on the orders that were online as well as instructing the young man how to toast the sandwich. She really deserves praise for that. I still feel if you can’t staff the store it should be closed for the safety of one person, robbery, kidnapping, theft. Please don’t ask one person to work by themself. If there was an accident she could have been there for a long time. This is inhumane!“
