“My family and I came to Chick Fil A for lunch. We were informed that their system was down and unable to process credit cards. You could pay via the app or order from your phone. I opted to order on my phone. As I was trying to pay, the app would not process my payment. I then stood in line to see what could be done. After exiting and going back into the app, the cashier was able to pull up my order and proceed to comp my entire families meal since it was not working. Thank you Ina Chick Fil A!“

“Culver’s was very good it’s literally no where near the one so it was great going here. Even though the veggie burger was mid the custard was so good and the other foods I’ve had ( I forgot) was also pretty good. Lowkey I hope this comes back to Washington, that would be so good.

No complaints about it all-portions were great, we couldn’t even finish all the food! Service was quick, friendly, and welcoming! We loved it and will be back on our next trip to Tucson💕“

“This Tucson Sub spot never misses! Always HITS! They have a variety of sub options on their menu, as well as healthy choice options from wraps to salads. Don’t be afraid to ask about their secret menu options either! The owner recommended one today (see photo below) and it was absolutely everything I wanted in a sub sandwich. Great tasting ingredients, not shy of filling the bread up, threw that extra cheese just right, and had a spicy kick to it. I have tried a few different sandwiches on the few occasions I have returned, and some menu items I have revisited, always with the same love and preparation as the time before. Beyond the food, is the service. This Ma and Pop shop heart and soul is in its hospitality and welcoming feeling, and it directly reflects into the food they serve on a day to day. I have found no reason to go to any other sub place in town because, for me personality, this one takes the cake. Amazing people, outstanding service, delicious food, great value, all in one locally owned and operated location right here in Tucson.“

“I like the new automated drive thru voice. Its efficient for sure. The last few times we went, the food was not good. I was craving it so bad that we risked it and I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot, the chili fries were good. Fries crispy and perfect amount of chili and cheese. Just a good food experience and the young men were sweet as well.“

“The atmosphere was great and very welcoming to both families, people dining by themselves, and small parties. I'm giving this a high rating because I love the taste of freshly made MOD pizza and the salads they serve there. With a small line the weight is faster than a sit down restaurant but not as fast as fast food. The only reason I gave the service specifically a 4 star is because I needed to repeat my order a handful of times and reinstruct how my order should be made even though I provided concise instructions but I have had this issue on previous trips. My salad was also packaged to go even though I request it to be prepared for here.“

“The carne asada here is an absolute must; it's tender, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. I'm also a huge fan of the cabeza and al pastor, both are packed with rich, savory goodness. The service is always quick, efficient, and friendly, just as you'd hope for at a food truck. The salsa bar has a lot of options, there is a casual indoor dining area if you want to stick around and enjoy your meal on location. Their Sonoran dogs are just wow, They're some of the best I've had in Tucson, each bite is a flavor bomb. Definitely a one of my favorite street food spots in Tucson!“

“This place has authentic Sonoran style hot dogs. I visit Hermosillo frequently and love the “dogos” so I know what I’m talking about! The hot dogs here are more like Hermosillo hot dogs than any other place I have tried in Tucson! The only criticism I can offer is they need to try and find the Hermosillo style buns with the deep pockets that can hold more toppings.“

“this is my happy place. from the kind workers to the quality of the dogs, this place is the best. my favorite is definitely the potato dog while my girlfriend thoroughly enjoys the kimchi fries. i used to not be very fond of this business because of my experience with the one in tempe, but this one is 10x better. the prices are a bit much, but hey what isn’t these days. this is definitely worth it though and i will always come back for more!“

“Food is great, ingredients and bread are fresh. The dining area itself is very nice with good seating arrangement. The service can sometimes be slow, there is usually only a few staff on hand. I frequent as a customer and DoorDash driver and only have positive things to say. The worker are usually friendly, never rude. The wait times are usually not an issue. I recognize the workers are typically tied up with something in back if they aren’t immediately at the counter to take orders, so I don’t think that’s something to worry about too much. I vastly prefer this Quiznos over the other local sandwich shops on the block, I’ve lived down the street my whole life from said location. Good food, friendly staff, welcoming dinning space, would definitely recommend.“

“I'm from Pennsylvania while in my childhood we had Hamburger Stands over there however they all shut down in Pennsylvania over 10 years ago. I noticed there were two in Tucson, decided to drive two hours just to bring back some memories and I'm glad I came down because the chicken deluxe sandwich tastes the same that I can remember.“

“What a shame that this Culver's falls far, far, FAR short of the Culver's you expect. Third time they've butchered my order. I sat at the window for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, which is just rude. I had ONE SANDWICH I was waiting for as I watched 4 cars get their meal. I asked where my food was and the girl had no answer. Five minutes later I went inside. Was kept waiting by the manager until she decided to come out from the back. She was FAR MORE INTERESTED in getting the last word then giving me my refund for food I never received. I've been fighting kidney stones and trying not to go back to the ER for 2 days. My wife was home sick waiting for dinner. Didn't make a lick of difference to the lovely Culver's manager who assured me that there was NOBODY else I could talk to AT ANY LEVEL. No corporate number. I could not talk to the owner/operator Kyle Kolsrud. It appears he does not operate this location or come in EVER? "You can't look him up online." Thankfully, my wife's dinner request was from someplace else because I got no dinner after that disaster. It may JUST be a crispy chicken sandwich to you. One among hundreds you make today. For me it was a battle against kidney stones. It was the first hot meal I hoped for, or even attempted, in two days. It was a 25 minutes drive one way in a monsoon downpour with flank pain and a bladder that was screaming like it was filled with angry ants. It was me making a monumental effort that you cannot see just so I could feed my wife who suffers from CRPD, a disease so painful it's known as the Suicide Disease. To you I'm an unreasonable customer who is mad over a sandwich. But, to the customer who is counting on you for a good meal it can mean a whole lot more. It DOES mean a whole lot more. Think on that the next time you believe someone is over reacting over a sandwich or a burger. This little thing may be big in their world. Maybe getting the last word isn't as important as getting them their refund and letting them be on their way.“

There was a mistake on my order, we took it back and the manager offered us whatever they could to make it right as well as a gift card. I appreciate and respect that. And given how low customer service is in Tucson as a whole, this was a very welcome relief and change of pace. Thank you.“
