“This place has authentic Sonoran style hot dogs. I visit Hermosillo frequently and love the “dogos” so I know what I’m talking about! The hot dogs here are more like Hermosillo hot dogs than any other place I have tried in Tucson! The only criticism I can offer is they need to try and find the Hermosillo style buns with the deep pockets that can hold more toppings.“

Prices/speed/flavor was better than El Guero. There is a small up charge for a CC, so either come with cash or be willing to pay it. Definitely will be eating here again.“

“Great place in the East side. Their Sonora hotdogs are the most authentic I have tasted on this side of the border. I'm also love their ribeye tacos, which brings me memories with flavors from Sonora. I just tried their lorenzas and they were great. A great and warm place over all! There are many toppings to customize your hot dogs and tacos with.“

“Been a couple of times and it has not failed! The carne asada is on point. Alot of places has alot of grease on the burritos and so far the ones that I have gotten from them, almost nothing at all. I have not tried all of the other meats but I am sure if the carne asada is great the others will be so as well. They also have raspados and ice creams for after the meal or before!“

The service is always quick, efficient, and friendly, just as you'd hope for at a food truck. The salsa bar has a lot of options, there is a casual indoor dining area if you want to stick around and enjoy your meal on location. Their Sonoran dogs are just wow, They're some of the best I've had in Tucson, each bite is a flavor bomb. Definitely a one of my favorite street food spots in Tucson!“

“My mom and i stopped here after a show at the Rialto last weekend, and i was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, these are by far the best Sonoran dogs in town.

I have tried the place closer to me that is usually called the “best” in Tucson, and maybe i just caught them on an off day, but i really didnt care for it (i mean theres no such thing as a BAD sonoron but still, wasnt overly impressed). However, Antojitos got everything right. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was clean, and everyone working there was thoughtful and polite.

My only criticism is one they cant really do anything about: they are too far from my house!

Ive been telling everyone i know who loves Sonoran-style hot dogs that they need to stop by and try this place. I was honestly shocked not to see Antojitos mentioned on any of the top 10 Sonoran dog lists online. Maybe they are newer or just still relatively unknown, but they absolutely deserve to be on those lists.
