“Here with my family visiting during a work conference. We were looking for good bbq on google and Brother John's Beer, Bourbon & BBQ came up. When we arrived not only was the atmosphere a complete vibe with a live DJ a disco ball and dance floor. The service was spectacular and the food was amazing. Since I am visiting I wanted to try as much as possible. The brisket was the best ratio of lean and fatty and seasoned to perfection. The mac and cheese, jalapeno cornbread, greens, and elotes were great. But the best thing to me was the baked sweet potatoes it was sweetened to the gods! It was the perfect combination of sweet and spices. I ordered a lot of food so of course I had to get a to go container and to my surprise they give you actual Tupperware another plus in my book! If I am ever in Tucson again I will definitely be back!“

“I was worried that Flower Child would be all show and not actual quality, but I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how good it was. Both the quality of the base ingredients and the preparation were phenomenal - I ended up bobbing my head like a chicken muttering "oh this is good" while eating.
My favorite restaurant of Tuscon by a wide margin and worth every penny.

The Glow bowl and the Chickpea Queso are highly recommended. The chicken is FRESH and *perfectly* cooked. Seasoning is also perfect.“

“Overall we enjoyed our experience- our server was nice and took good care of us. I had a Cesar salad and the California burger bowl and both were delicious. My guest had the chicken dish and said it was pretty good. We both shared the banana cream pie and it was yummy. The only thing that wasn't ok was that is was my birthday and that was included on the reservation but never mentioned.“

“Delicious grass fed beef burgers or a vegan choice that's tasty as well. Their sweet potato tots are literally to die for. I'll go back again and again just for those! Yum!
They also carry Maine Root Sodas. Had never had Blueberry soda before....it's incredible. Cannot wait for more.

“For the most part the food was excellent. My only complaint was the butter on the waffle. It tasted a little weird. I can't really describe the taste, it just wasn't right. Other than that it was all really good. We ordered the Southern Belle it was really big. I couldn't finish it. Grits and a waffle.

“The Diablo burger! Zinburger on Grant Rd in Tucson. Full bar and large area for dining! Most burgers are $14 with the option for fries or side for another $2.50. We had the Zucchini fries for an appetizer. You could easily come in and just eat those, they are that good. I had the Diablo burger, (see photo). It was fantastic! Grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. It was perfection on a bun. Most everyone’s burgers soaked their buns to the point the buns were falling apart from the juice. The buns were brioche and to me the only option for a burger. The staff was very friendly and the entire experience left me hoping my digestive system works overtime so I can come back sooner. Check out Zinburger on Grant Rd in Tucson, you may not go anywhere else!“

“I love this place! The Half Priced Burger Sunday’s keeps me coming back. It’s a mighty slab of beef beautifully cooked and presented. The restaurant is a pleasant environment, but we usually opt to eat in the lounge. The bar staff is great — Ryan (not sure if that’s his name) is not only attentive but also quite witty. Clientele is friendly; many seem to be regulars, probably from the Country Club. Definitely worth your Sunday lunch if you’ve never been here!

Oh, one last thing — if you go to the men’s room, be forewarned you may have some smiling woman named Wittenbraker hovering over the urinal watching you relieve yourself. What nerve!“

The even took it one step further my first choice on their menu was the curry and there was no rice so they gave me the curry sauce to take home for free!!I feel like my next visit here he might remember me or even my name. “Worst server we have ever had took over 10 minutes to refill drinks after I had to wave him down to ask for refill never came back to see if we needed anything after food was delivered and he wasn't busy so no reason for the bad service“

My only negative 'ding' was because I feel that they could use a bit of a sound damper to enable better group table conversation without having to increase the overall sound level.

Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and they cheerfully made a quick adaptation to their French Toast for me by putting the delicious lemon sauce on the side. The heated fresh blueberries they generously sprinkled on and a touch of the lemon sauce totally kept the flavor profile high, while using none of the maple syrup kept the sugar lower.“

“Our last night in town and this place was chosen more so bc our son likes cars. Wow! Just amazing! The selection of food was surprising. For a very picky eater (that normally finds 1 or 2 things) to find 5 items at a glance is super rare! Seeing the vechiles that are being worked on, the games to play, the portions were huge, everything was delicious, friendly staff...the whole family had a great time! Definitely coming back on our next trip!“

New owner Jackie and her wonderful staff saw to it that we had a wonderful meal, including a very special dessert. When Murph and his partner retired we were concerned about how the place would change but our subsequent visits have been wonderful. “As far as casino food goes, my meal wasn't bad. I was looking for a different place to eat breakfast, and the Sun Flower Cafe popped up. The server was fantastic, and I should have remembered her name, but she was patient while I looked at the menu and asked questions. I ordered the Cantina Breakfast, and although I liked it, I think it would have been a different taste for me if it was served hot and ready on a plate instead of a to-go container. However, I will be back and suggest everyone reading this go try it, if you haven't already done so.“
