I expect better from a place that costs this much. I subbed out cheese curds for my meal (instead of fries) but I didn't get them. I got fries. Also my fish was way over cooked. I've had it before and I know it can be so good but it wasn't. I'm disappointed.
We stopped by Culver's on the south side after picking up someone from the airport. We went through the drive thru and we're promptly served. Considering there were four of us in the car our order came out in a timely wait. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty!

Our greeter and order taker, Selena, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She is what Culver's service is all about.It appears this restaurant is undergoing some remodeling. Over-all cleanliness was up to par.They need more Selenas throughout the company.As a 4 year former Culver's employee, this store is a winner.
