“The food is incredible and the owner is the most real & incredible human. Story time: 5 or so years ago I went in to pick up food - I was having the worst day. I was sick, I was fighting with an awful human non stop and I had just finished a 22 day straight gem show job. I sat down to wait for my food and the owner saw my sorry state and just came out and started putting a bunch of shots of juice in front of me. Literally fixed my day and my life for moment. I get emotional just walking into this place. Nothing but warmth and love. ❤️❤️❤️“

Coleslaw was a bit disappointing as it was all one color and texture, sort of weird.

DO NOT waste your money on the vegan “soft serve”, very disappointing texture and flavor when there are so many incredible vegan ice creams that exist. This stuff was weird and tasted syrup based. It definitely brings down the overall experience after a great meal, really bummed we spent $21 on three soft serves.“

On top of that, I had the pleasure of speaking with Alaine herself, and it’s obvious how much she truly values her customers and the community. “We live super close to licks and I love to always try a different flavor and there custom milkshakes are so good also, if you look to the right of the fridge and between the lounge area on the wall there’s a menu for a bunch of different types of ice cream like one is a peanut butter sorta vibe ice cream cone and also another amazing thing is there staff they are always so friendly, I highly recommend this if your driving by or if you are eating dinner somewhere near I definitely recommend stopping by.“

“Indian Twist is fantastic! The chicken tikka masala and coconut chicken were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken samosas were crispy and absolutely delicious on their own. The garlic naan was fresh and soft, a perfect side to the meal. Vegetarian options are plentiful and just as tasty. With friendly staff and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, this was a wonderful dining experience!“

This bakery is amazing!!! Sourdough bread top notch. Whole wheat bread delicious. The rosemary bagel and cinnamon bagel with cream cheese we bough super gooooood. Also got the Cuban bread fresh and delicious. The tomatoes and cheese focaccia 🤤 soooo good. Spoke to Don, the owner, he is Kind, helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome and valued. Must go place to get your sourdough fix.“

“Randomly stumbled upon this place while visiting Tuscon. The dude had an Earth Crisis shirt, and the soundtrack was equally rad. Super diverse range of baked goods. Donuts, berry pop tart, & smores cronuts! There were also savory goods we didn't get, but may need to later this week. We also picked the brains of the guys working about other spots around town for vegan food and coffee, and they gave us a solid list of local suggestions. All vegan. All delicious. Super nice dudes.“

“Holy Moly, this is now my number one favorite restaurant in Tucson. I’ve never had such consistently delicious and perfectly cooked food in my life! My family and I went, shared an order of the blueberry lemon pancakes, and each had our own meal. Each and every item we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. And the portions are huge!!!! Thank you so much, Baja Cafe, for turning out scrumptious food!!!!!“

“Service excellent, food inventive, delicious. Dark slick tile floors, unmarked change from floor to a step…there must be a bright reflective tape or paint for more than one site in the restaurant. I was injured falling having not seen nor felt the one step. Management was most solicitous and paid our bill. We would never have asked for this and were surprised and grateful.“

“First thing I say when we walk in, "OMG this place smells AMAZING!!", and tasted even better! Best falafel and gyro I've ever had!! I like that the falafel is patties instead of balls like most places. It was cooked perfectly..crispy crunchy on the outside, soft and almost cake-like on the inside. You get 4 cakes to the order plus pita bread, cucumbers and tomatoes. The gyro is HUGE!! I couldn't even pick it up to try and eat it until I ate some of the meat out of it, which btw, is flavored so beautifully that you don't really need the tzatziki sauce but definitely worth putting on bc the flavors of both go together so well! I HIGHLY recommend going to Istanbul if you want outstanding Mediterranean food in a good atmosphere! This place definitely get 👍👍 from this food enthusiast!!“

Atmosphere was what is to be expected on a Friday night with playoffs on TV. Crowded and loud.

The place is nice.

It is not an inexpensive experience so be prepared. Easily in the $40.00+ per adult.

“Finally tried Mojo, and it did not disappoint! Food, drink, and service were wonderful. I grew up on the east coast and have missed Cuban food; so happy to have a spot here in Tucson! I love that there were several sampler options so I could try a variety of dishes on my first visit: rum flight (silver), Plato Mixto, and Taste of Havana were all delicious. “I had my retirement party there a little over a week ago. The staff was great - helpful, attentive, yet unobtrusive... and also friendly and just really nice. The food was absolutely fantastic. All of my guests raved about the dinner and the cakes we had for desert. So many thanks to the chef(s) for a delicious meal. The venue was charming and, because the weather was about perfect that night, we were able to enjoy the patio as well as being inside. I can't thank the staff at Café a la C'Artl/Carte Blanche catering enough for making our celebration so great!“

“Food and service is great. Can get loud near the front of the restaurant. Of you want a quieter experience ask for a table away from the front. The front is where take our pickups are and there is a slightly annoying to annoying beep sequence when the front door is opened...depending on your tolerance.
Incredible gluten free options, GF pizza crust and baguettes are from gourmet girls 5/5 stars for taste!
Zucchini noodle dish is the bomb! GF meatballs too!!“
