The bread is freshly baked, and I love their concept. I normally get reactions from bread, but they must use really good ingredients because I don’t get a reaction from their bread. All of their breads are sourdough.
Got the special treat of picking up some Barrio bread before catching a plane to Washington. It was so lovely there. The owner even gave us one of the small loaves that didn’t make weight for my son, who absolutely loved every bite. Out of this world good bread! So glad we went.
We knew there would be a line and it was totally, absolutely worth the wait. Delicious, wholesome and healthy bread. You can taste the love and personal touch of the making of the bread and growing of the grains locally sourced.
To top it off the owner/baker greets you at the counter and rings up your order. I love to support local businesses. Bakeries and small businesses like this are VERY important to the fabric of our society and good health.
