Cannot understand how someone could give this place less than 5 stars…unless you had a gluten allergy I guess. A treasure of Tucson and the Jalapeño Cheddar on saturdays is as good as it gets!
THIS IS BREAD HEAVEN !! Everything about it is over the top - real food at its finest made by folks that care about their product and their community. Come early, visit with other folks in line and leave with a bag full of the best bread you have ever had. Thank you Don and staff for all your love and expertise.

This bakery is amazing!!! Sourdough bread top notch. Whole wheat bread delicious. The rosemary bagel and cinnamon bagel with cream cheese we bough super gooooood. Also got the Cuban bread fresh and delicious. The tomatoes and cheese focaccia 🤤 soooo good. Spoke to Don, the owner, he is Kind, helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome and valued. Must go place to get your sourdough fix.
