“It is very difficult to find vegan ice cream in big cities, much less a small town. I have been working in the ice cream industry for the last two years and I have very high standards. I got the vegan vanilla ice cream (made with oat milk and soy milk) and it was fantastic! It was so light, fluffy, and very vanilla-y, paired very well with my fruity pebbles. It was a beautiful mix as well. I also tried the horchata, the tiramisu, and the jack sparrow. All three were incredible and tasted true to the real thing, especially the tiramisu! I have never had a tiramisu ice cream as delightful as this one. I highly recommend Licks!“
“I have been to Kabul Corner multiple times with both family and with co-workers. I genuinely think that Kabul Corner has some of the best food I've had in my life. The service is extremely friendly and makes me want to come back every time! I would highly recommend the Montu dumplings. They are probably my favorite item on their menu and you will be blown away by the flavor.“
“Cozy little coffee shop in the historical district. Sweet place to come on the weekend. The two barista at the counter were very personal and attentive in serving us. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful little patio outside. Definitely will come back for sure.“
“This place is incredible. I had the barristas favorite drin which was the white chocolate lavender latte. Best latte I've had in Tucson. Very welcoming, friendly and informative. Also, great Vegan options. 10/10 definitely going again.“
“I can't say enough lovely things about Scented Leaf! I tried 4 of their iced teas because I couldn't get enough and they were all delicious and so well-steeped. The interior and exterior seating areas are both great for working/studying. Lots of outlets, good internet, and reasonable music volume. Employees were friendly and excited to help me figure out what to order.Go! You won't regret it.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of alternative milk options!Parking: 1-hour limited paid street parking“
“This place is such a whole in the wall. It's also super easy to pass by unless you know what you are looking for. Their name presents itself as a traditional coffee and breakfast stop but what is surprising is that they also have an expansive and generous lunch and dinner menu with both a Mexican and Italian flair. I've been to this place twice while my boyfriend has come 5+ times and always comes back. The service is super friendly and the owner is flexible to make off menu drink combinations. If you want a different change of pace place for food that has options for anyone with different taste preferences, I recommend coming here!!!“
“I am in Tucson for work for a few days and looked for place to eat near my hotel. I was excited to try their Ethiopian food and didn't disappoint. I got a combo with variety of options. It was delicious. The staff was friendly. The place is very cute. Would try again for sure.“
“So welcoming so comfortable beautiful seating inside and out. The staff is beyond wonderful and the food is so flavorful and filling. Above and beyond at every moment I'm there to enjoy a meal with my family. Absolutely my favorite place to eat in Tucson by far.“
“went to try it out staff was so very knowledgeable i got the tiger cola with green tea sooo good! my husband got the escape mango with cayenne (very small kick at the end) but very good customer service went back for a larger size tiger cola!!! will be back! highly recommend if you haven't!“
“Wow. Wow. Wow. Amazing service. Staff was so nice and considerate. Menu was phenomenal - very hard to choose what to order. And the food and drinks were so delicious. Ended up with the iced horspresso latte, machaca grilled burrito and green tamale & it did not disappoint. Salsa was fuego too. Was relatively fast despite there being a line.“
“I called to ask questions about the products that are sold on their website as I am new to kratom. The associate was very knowledgeable and suggested products based on my needs (pain relief, possible opiate withdrawal). I made the purchase online and it was shipped the next day at a reasonable price. I am satisfied with their products and will be a customer for the foreseeable future! 10 out of 10!!!“
“Crave Coffee is a delightful hidden gem tucked away in plain sight. I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere from the moment I entered, perfect for unwinding with a friend over a cup of java. Opting for their Green Tea Latte was a well-made decision; not only was it expertly crafted, but it was filled to the absolute brim, adorned with exquisite latte froth art that made each sip a visual and flavorful delight. My friend's choice of a regular hot coffee was equally satisfying. The barista made us feel right at home when we stepped in. To my surprise, the barista informed us of their craft beer selection, adding an extra layer of appeal for future visits! And let's remember the snacks! Crave Coffee offers a diverse array of treats that pair perfectly with their beverages, enhancing the overall experience and making it a destination worth returning to time and time again. Crave Coffee is more than just a coffee shop; it's a sanctuary for coffee enthusiasts and a welcoming space for casual hangouts with friends. They have a drive-through with a very easy-to-read menu if you are on the go!“
“One of the best safest places you can hang out get some really good advice on helping you lose either a pound or 200 lb really great people I couldn't ask for a better healthy place to hang out Jayden is awesome just don't tell him I said that, When you are having a hard time in life, they will be there for you, all you have to do is ask.“
“Such a beautiful space to listen and enjoy fine music. Amy subtitles Exo Bar, aka El Crisol, 'the listening room' and, indeed, it's the music that speaks and it speaks volumes. I'm thankful that some of my most memorable nights in Tucson have been spent there.“
“This place is a gem! We ate here two days in a row when visiting Tucson. The pastries were all to die for, they have so many options! I had their 2+2+2 and the fresh baked bread was sooo good! The second day I tired the buckwheat blueberry pancakes and they did not disappoint. I wish I had one Phoenix!“
“The food and service at this establishment was great. The Savory Dutch Baby was fantastic. The Southwest Skillet Hash was tasty and honestly more than what one person can eat. The Three Little Pigs omelette was stuffed with bacon and sausage. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a great breakfast spot in Tucson. We will definitely return the next time we are in Tucson.“
“I ordered a mocha frappe with extra mocha, it was sweet but I could also taste the bitterness of the coffee. It was really delicious and I'm not a big fan of coffee in general. I highly recommend this place! :) The staff were also really nice and quick with making my full order.“
“First time to Substance and it was really, really good. Me (not vegan) and wife (20yr vegan) got the spicy 'chicken', small fries, large kale salad and a chocolate shake and loved all of it!The seitan chicken was super well cooked, spicy, crunchy, with pickles, tomatoes and shredded lettuce on a toasty sesame bun. Could use a little saucing up, we ordered a side of ranch ??The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned well with salt and pepper. The kale salad was huge and fresh and the dressing (mustardy ranchy) was fab, but wish we had more cause it didn't fully coat the large. Oh and the house croutons were nuts.Cool spot in the back of Screwbean Brewery, where you can take your food to eat and grab a coffee, beer, cocktail. Will come back next time we are in Tucson ❤️“
“Found perfect place! Atmosphere to customer service was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. We ordered the cappuccino with whole milk and the mocha. The avocado toast was one of the best I ever had. I will definitely be back.“
“We love everything about this place! Fantastic vegan options, kind and helpful staff, peaceful atmosphere where you can have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice to be heard. All the staff seem happy and relaxed here. It's really nice to see! One of our favorite restaurants anywhere. Highly recommended!“
“I love this coffee shop! The staff is so friendly and you can tell how much they care about their business and having quality product. Everything on their menu is so thoughtfully crafted but my favorite is the CCC cold brew with brown sugar and half & half. The cold brew is infused in house with cinnamon, clove, and cardamom and it is AMAZING! Perfect to power through the work day!“
“went there the first time today, my chai tea was sooo delicious and the servers there were so friendly and kind!! however in the couple hours I was there, many people came and left and no employee was going around sanitizing tables and/or chairs.. with Covid being so high in our city this isn't very wise... hoping that this friendly reminder will help change things...“
“I probably went during a slower time, but anyways the vibe was very relaxing and I enjoyed the time I spent there with my coffee. The barista was very chill, and eager to talk about coffee. I value that because sometimes it's hard for me to decide what to get. I ended up getting an almond milk latte with coconut and peppermint, and it turned out really well! It would be better less sweet, but I should have specified that lol. They were almost sold out of the baked goods, from some local bakery. I had a vegan lemon cake which was very good, so not surprised they had only a few things left haha. Definitely would recommend this coffee shop.“
“My kids love the desserts here and of course I do too. The food and drinks are amazing but the absolute amazing service makes this place worthy of 10 stars. Always a smile, super kind and respectful and just happy to be of service. If you're having a bad day, stop by for a croffle and you will forget all about it. Just AMAZING!“
“Traveling from Texas to California it was beautiful hidden gem to find this place. The Redeye was amazing and the Chi completely divine. I drank every drop. Not to mention how kind they were to explain what they have to offer. Made my day better. Definitely a great place to stop.“
“Nice place to buy fresh roasted coffee. However, they don't brew and serve coffee at this location. My comment is not intended as a criticism of the business, just simply informational in nature. I definitely will return for more coffee.“
“absolutely love this place my little yoda loves that he can get a special treat after running errands or being a good boy at the vet and I love the homemade people Donuts and the prices. Yoda and I always leave with a smile on our face and a little extra pep in our step.“
“What a neat little special place.Found this establishment as a result of a Google search. Not normally the kind of place that l would even try, but l went ahead anyway.Nice place free of any noticable defects.Warmly greeted upon entry, truly felt welcomed from the moment l arrived.Easier staff was friendly and genuine.Menu is extensive offering you any and everything.Wanting to avoid the sweet tooth path l elected to have the Mushroom and Brie crepe, which was extremely flavorful.Would definitely recommend a visit.“
“You want a fresh just made donut? This is the place! Wonderful wonderful tasty tasty I can't tell you enough! You have to experience it yourself. If you don't you are missing out, your taste buds are going to be mad at you, and you're going to be mad at yourself! Delicious, fresh, fluffy! Even chef Ramsay would give five stars for the freshness and tastiness of this alvernon donut shop.“
“Just when I thought you couldn't make avocado toast any better, Ren Coffeehouse succeeded in doing that. While bicycle riding on the loop, I stopped in and enjoyed a cappuccino and avocado toast. It was the perfect way to take a break from my ride.“
“It's not comparable to Korean macarons, but it's quite chewy, moist, and edible. But the price is crazy lol. $3-4 per piece... These days, I think it would be better for me to learn baking so that I can eat as much as I want and with the taste that I want.“
“It's easily the best espresso I've had. I took a Columbian Blueberry Washed espresso. Already the smell of it was amazing. But once you drink it, boom. Complex layers one after the other. Blueberry, bubblegum, round espresso with a velvety mouthfeel and a very long-lasting aftertaste. My wife describes her capuccino as mind-blowing. Can not recommend enough.“
“I love Tucson Tea Company and am so happy they have a physical store (even if it's across town from my house.) The Bonita Berry was my longtime favorite for years, but it's recently been dethroned by the Sparkly Pink Drink, which is amazing either hot or cold. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you need help making a decision and my only complaint about this wonderful place is that it offers too many teas and I'll never be able to try them all. That being said, there's truly something for everyone here, and too many good teas is the best kind of problem. They also sell tea accessories, so if you aren't already set up at home for loose leaf brewing, they've got you covered.“
“Ding Tea is my go to boba place. Every drink that I've had here is absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the Longan Black Milk Tea, I've never had another boba drink anywhere quite as good. The employees are really nice and are willing to make changes to drinks to taste. The ambiance is adorable and always changes to match the season.“
“I live this spot! The coffee gets individual attention, and it's never over heated. The lavender latte is a treat! Check out the kitten stickers and order your dog a whipped cream shot. The front patio is pet friendly. Inside is comfy and varied. Best music too!Parking: Park near the music shop if you cannot find a spot. Stay away from the Vietnamese restaurant, as they yell at you and call for tows.“
“I can wnti Dutch bros and made a mistake that was very embarrassing. Raylene I hope I spelled that right. She was super cool and made me feel much better and treated me with the best customer service. I came back to make it right and Al which I assumed was the manager he also made me feel at home and more comfortable as I apologized for my mistakes. Whoever does the hiring for Dutch bros is amazing at their job. You seem to find the best employees at all locations. Thanks again and I apologize.“
“Met with a friend for a tea date here at their new location. It is beautiful. The tea was amazing- we tried a couple of types of jasmine tea and paired it with some ginger scones. I of course had to grab some to take home with me. Beautiful atmosphere and great tea as always.“
“Love Scented Leaf for a refreshing tea any time of day. The tap refills are delicious; you can mix and match. Second refill is half off and the third refill is free. If you’re checking out downtown Tucson, it’s worth it to get a tea and refill it throughout the day as you traverse to keep you refreshed and hydrated.“
“They had a wonderful waitress, mona Lisa. She made our day better, she's just a happy person that gives out good vibes. Anyway talking about the food, they had good big portions, food was good. I had the green chili omelette with potatoes and biscuits, I loved their biscuits. I did not try their signature pancakes but they did look amazing.“
“It's a drive thru, so the atmosphere is your car. But I love the music and service. The baristas make you feel at home while you're waiting for your drink.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of sugar-free, non-dairy, and decaf options.“
“There are so many great reasons I love living at The Flin - the location, the staff, the elegance. This Flin is wonderful for people with pets, with a convenient dog park and plenty of places to take a walk right outside the community the doors. The features that stand out to me in the apartment are the full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, the neutral flooring, and big windows. I enjoy living here and it’s a fantastic addition to downtown.“
“I meet two friends here once a month. We look forward to coming down there every month. The food is wonderful and they even have some healthy choices. The waitress is so fun and engaging. I have only positive things to say about this place. Absolutely love it “
“I had the most pleasant experience at Monsoon over this past weekend. My husband and I had been wanting to come by the new location for awhile but finally found the time. I'm so glad we did! The cafe is very large with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. The gal who helped us Sunday afternoon was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful. She took the time to explain the menu items and made our desserts. The fountain outside was very peaceful while we enjoyed our treats. We will be back for sure“
“Decent food, though they got our order wrong. Biggest issue: they don’t have seating for a party of six inside - they tried to make us wait an hour to be able to push two tables together. Meanwhile outside they have a truck with a generator running very loudly so the tables large enough to accommodate our party outside were quite uncomfortable. The food was yummy and the server despite getting the order wrong was nice and attentive.“
“I can't believe what an upgrade this is to their old location. Definite change of vibe - the old location was a destination, the new one is close enough to the UofA to attract students & faculty. The menu hasn't changed much and is virtually identical to the Stacks in Oro Valley. The sitting area has about a dozen small tables that were virtually all filled with laptops and people working when we stopped in. I think they need a little more seating. I ordered the peppermint mocha pictured on the left which had the best foam artwork I've ever seen from a barista - a snowman! My wife had the regular latte on the right. They were both wonderful of course. IMHO YBC has the best coffee in town, but there is not accounting for taste, right?!“
“The Blue Ice staff is friendly and has been especially good while dealing with taking orders and then scooping from the back cooler due to the display case being under repair. The shop has over 20 flavors to choose from, with some non-dairy and many gluten-free options. I usually get a small cup with chocolate and honey lavender cinnamon (yes, up to 2 flavors per small). My partner really likes the waffle cone with butter pecan. The flavors always are fresh and the texture creamy. We enjoy sitting out on the patio and, sometimes we are serenaded by musicians on the patio next door. We recommend the gelato and the patio seating!“
“The corned beef hash was awesome. Had a little chorizo flavoring to it. Gluten free toast and the largest, softest biscuits I've ever seen (not gluten free, but hubby had one and couldn't even finish the whole thing). Service was perfect!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“This is one of my favorite places to relax and have a drink. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I do tend to stalk the armchairs when I'm there but the tables and patio are also nice. Excellent options for drinks both n/a and alcohol. I love Abby's Amber Ale and my wife loves their hot tea with honey.“
“Don't really eat the small selection of food products but their drinks are always on point. I like the surprise me drinks. Menu is HUGE and staff here at this location is always on top of their game. Huge lines disappear fast. Very good establishment all around.“
“Super amazing bubble tea. The presentation is beautiful the tea cups themselves are the oddly satisfying matte finish which is fun. They have huge couches with board games to sit on. I'd advise some outdoor seating. And my only other feedback is that the staff was a little impatient when I asked questions about diff3rent bubble teas and I got one I didn't like because they got frustrated when I asked questions. They're also super expensive compared to other bubble teas and they are a small portion size. Get the large or else it's not worth it.Vegetarian options: All tofu farter approvedDietary restrictions: Dairy heavyParking: Free parking lotKid-friendliness: Super kid friendly games on deckWheelchair accessibility: Super ample for wheelchair!“
