“Such an amazing Starbucks with an amazing staff. I go here and pick up my coffee almost every morning. I have kind of an odd, I order my creamer on the side with my iced coffee because I prefer the amount that I put in. At other locations I’ve had people treat me as an inconvenience when I ask for a to-go cup of creamer. This location has gone above and beyond for me to remember my name and my order, it’s a very nice to way to start out my day. Thank you!“
“Updated experience …Took my lil Pomeranian with me so he could go on a cruise with me. The drive thru was wonderful they saw I had my lil guy with me. So the McDonald’s employee hooked him with a small cup of whip cream like Starbucks and that made his day if you can tell from the pic lolKid-friendliness: The staff went above and beyond!! The fries were so hot and the food was fresh and they made my lil Pomeranian’s Day with that extra treat they gave him! Thanks !“
“My local grocery store! Being spoiled with Sprouts and Trader Joe's being up the street from me in CA- I love having Fry's as my closest one stop now. The brands are great & I'm so fond of the Kroger brand "Simply Organic"- great quality and great price point!It's also the cleanest Fry's, and most organized, that I've been to yet in AZ!“
“Major issues with running out of stock. As the only local gas station, it becomes a huge issue for us since town is so far. Also, PLEASE stop letting people scratch tickets at the counter and get another if they win in a single transaction. It’s not right to make an already long line even worse with Avra Valley gambling addicts taking up everyone else’s precious time. I hope everyone who has made us all wait to scratch their tickets knows how rude and barbaric they are! The employees here are very worn thin, and that’s a corporate issue. Hire more employees to manage such a busy store! Summer months are constantly broken fountain drinks, which again, corporate issue. Check in more on your machines and they wouldn’t break down so often in the summer months. There’s bad reviews because people here are rude, not because it’s a bad store. They try, Avra Valley should try to be more clean and all the complaints would stop. Take accountability for your local store and you’d enjoy it!“
“This morning at Dunkin' Donuts off Cortaro I witnessed the most uplifting, selfless moment: a gentleman bought a hot coffee and a breakfast item for an individual sleeping inside on a chair who, on the outside, looked as if he was struggling. I complimented his act of generosity (because this is the kind of behavior that should be modeled/applauded in our community) and he disclosed that he is a veteran. He then went to his vehicle and grabbed a very nice sweater to gift the individual.Let that sink in: on this solemn holiday honoring American heroes, a veteran went out of his way to help someone who is struggling. “Great coffee, great service. I'm not including price in here as the price of everything is uncomfortably high everywhere... But they've got great coffee and the barista was taking orders in the drive while we waited, by the time I got to the window, she was almost done with my order.“
