“My first time there. Because Jr. wanted sushi. Omg the best sushi by far. And Dim Sum reminded me of 85’degrees Asian scratch bakery. They are the absolute best. You guys seriously need to open up an Asian Bakery. I don’t even think that there has ever been one here in Tucson. Sushi lounge will be my go to place as long as they are in business.“
“We ordered the 16 PC. Sashimi with imagine roll. Delicious! Great presentation and our server Kyle was attentive and brought our dishes quickly. I always enjoy our meals here The Sashimi portions are very good. My wife tries the Unagi roll for the first time and enjoyed it. I recommend Sushi Cortaro and bring all of my friends here to dine.“
“Konnichiwa! Pat and I have lunch at Sushi Zona every Tuesday. I usually have the Deluxe Bento. Pat often orders from the sushi/sashimi checklist. All excellent. Dining is casual. The owners/operators, Taichi and Michiko, are wonderful, friendly people who have been serving their community for years. They deserve our support, especially during this pandemic when all family run restaurants are under stress. Please note that Sushi Zona offers takeout. We’ll be availing ourselves of this service regularly until the dine-in ban is lifted. After that Pat and I will be happy to see you any Tuesday shortly after the 11:00 am opening. As you enter we’ll be seated at our usual table - the one farthest from the door. Assuming social-distancing is still appropriate, please give us a wave - from across the room. ;-)“
“My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years now. The fish is always fresh and the portions of Nigiri sushi are enormous for the low cost. They always provide complimentary miso soup. I highly recommend their salmon and spicy tuna. It's fantastic. They've recently added boba to the menu and I can't wait to try that soon. There hasn't been anything from there that we have disliked. My favorites from the menu are the Salmon Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Roll, Super Maguro Roll, and the Soy Beans. My eyes bulge out of my head every time we go there because I always forget how massive the portions are of the Nigiri. It takes 2 to 3 bites to eat one piece of any of the Nigiri. They're both super long and very thick and incredibly fresh. When you come here, they are incredibly welcoming and give you the miso soup right off the bat. It is hot and good. You can order ahead through third party apps on Google but they tell you to just call the order in so you can save some money. As the name is Sushi To Go, they are really fast considering how excellent the rolls are. They might not be cut totally symmetrical but you are going to get a crazy deal for the amount of fresh sushi you will get. This place is absolutely worth trying.“
“Of our many visits to Mr. An's Teppan Steak & Seafood, my wife, son, and I recently experienced the BEST SERVICE EVER...not just here, but among many dining experiences. For one simple reason: Server, Nyca, gets it! And delivers.Previously, we looked forward to savoring Mr. An's sushi. Going forward, we will make sure Nyca is available to provide her Five-Star service as a perfect complement to the Five-Star cuisine!“
“I absolutely LOVED the food! I'm a very picky eater and the way the onions were cooked, so delicious! Customer service was amazing, and if you're Korean, feel free to talk to the waiters in Korean! They also had leather as their table cloth. I loved their food and would recommend! ♡ ♡ ♡“
“First time at MR. PATRON! I absolutely lived this restaurant! We were greeted as soon as we walked throught the door with friendly smiles. Our server Junior was so attentive and kind and very personable. This is such a cool place if you are looking for something a little different! We had the Camaron blue roll and the culichi roll... absolutely delicious! I love the combination of Mexican flavors with sushi rolls! ? Give this a place a try you won't regret it!“
“Ginza! We’ve been regulars since their opening day. Fantastic food and warm service. They are now open for carryout and need our support. Please support this wonderful family owned local business and enjoy the finest sushi and Japanese cuisine on earth. Open 4:00 - 8:00. Closed on Mondays.“
“Authentic. House made tamago and all the ingredients to make a legitimate futomaki… which is rare these days. Nigiri was tasty and the Japanese curry was delicious but I should have ordered it with a bit more heat. My least favorite were the spicy tuna and spicy scallop hand rolls - full disclosure: I alone at the nigiri and curry pictured, so it was likely that my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Definitely worth a stop.“
“The rolls are very good BUT like half the size of other Mexican sushi trucks on the south side for the same price.. they come with a side of a teaspoon of Tampico. Ill go again if Im not too hungry and all the other Mexican sushi trucks are closed.“
“The food was great but it was outshined in everyway by the friendly and welcoming staff and environment. The nice people there went out of there way to be sweet and wonderful to myself and the family especially the baby! Will definitely be visiting again!Kid-friendliness: Very nice to the babyWheelchair accessibility: Entrance ramp and wide open tables great for wheelchairs“
“Sushi Hana's food truck came to my place of work and was checking out their menu. The Heart Attack Roll caught my attention. While not something to joke about, i had to try it. This roll is esentially a stuffed jalapeño with crab meat and cream cheese. It was awesome, lived it. The lady taking my order was very friendly and curtious even though she had to be stressed from all the people and so many orders to keep track of. I can't wait to try their brick and motar store. I definitely would reccommend that you try this place.“
“Have been going to O Sushi for four years. Went on Valentines day, no reservations accepted, and waited about 30 minutes for a table. As usual the sushi was great, our favorite is the crunch dragon roll. Service was excellent, not rushed on a very busy night.“
“Delicious and quantity over price at this places. You got to order the sushi rolls w/the rice under it with the Tea. I recommend to order thru the phone for faster service and good atmosphere. If your not hungry just get the Tea. 10/10 Don't forget the spicy mayo too. Muy rico el sushi y te sirven bastante por el precio. Y el Té Ni se diga, Si no me cree pruébalo usted. Recomiendo que pidan con anticipo, más rápido y eficiente par el cliente y el restaurante.“
“Pretty low key sushi restaurant. I dropped in as it was on the way home. The food quality was good. The fish tasted fresh, was cold, and good textures. I got the combo with a $2 roll upgrade to the spicy tuna rainbow roll. It was cool to see them offering a sushi dish for less than $20 if no upgrades. The restaurant was typical mom & pop sushi spot in a strip mall. The service was fast and friendly. I thought it was cool some of the staff spoke spanish. A man came in who I don't believe spoke english and the staff was super accommodating. Good spot with reasonable prices for sushi.“
“I do not understand how there isn't a line out the door!! This place is so good! The food is super fresh and delicious. The sushi is the best in town in my opinion and I'm very picky. The restaurant is extremely clean, my husband makes a comment every time we go. It is owner operated, and they always greet you warmly. Can't recommend this place enough. Need a date night go here!“
“(Translated by Google) The food is very good, a little late but it's worth the wait. I'll be back, highly recommended, everything is very tasty.(Original)Muy buena la comida, un poco tardado pero vale la pena las espera regresare, muy recomendado todo esta muy rico.“
“Tremendous restaurant. The waiters/waitresses are professional and nice. The food quality is awesome - it's a great enjoy to get served a well made and warm food. I believe the cook is exceptional. This area gets busy sometimes, but waiters/waitresses do care about it“
“While looking for good Mexican food trucks in the area, we stumbled across this place, drove 40 minutes, and we were so shocked! The flavors all mend together so well, it’s so interesting and satisfying in every way. I’d never seen any Asian/Mexican fusion like this before, and it’s SO impressively good! Definitely go there HUNGRY, and get the monster roll! You won’t regret it!“
“Reminded me of my regular sushi place at my last residence. Decent food, decent prices. The "Japanese style soda" is just a ramune. If I had known, I would've gotten something else.Kid-friendliness: They have chopstick helpers and a kids menu that my son enjoyed“
“This is my "go-to" place for sushi on the Eastside of town. They have large sushi selection menu along with cooked food if you desire. My wife likes the teriyaki steak dinner why I gobble down sashimi and edamame! They also serve beer and wine. Staff is always attentive and cheerful!“
“The food here is surprisingly very very good. I only say surprisingly because I've never tasted pho like this and served with a lemon and it definitely added to the flavor. This is comfort food. The sushi is amazing as well. You want be disappointed!! My kid enjoyed it indeed.Vegetarian options: I got the pho with veggies no tofu. It was fulfilling!“
“The rolls are very good BUT like half the size of other Mexican sushi trucks on the south side for the same price.. they come with a side of a teaspoon of Tampico. Ill go again if Im not too hungry and all the other Mexican sushi trucks are closed.“
“Love the punk rock music. Made the already amazing sushi next-level.I love sushi, just moved here and was worried I would be disappointed. I’m SO grateful this cart exists and I hope one opens closer to my house on the west side.We had a car picnic since it was raining. Killer rolls. Unique approach. The Abigail with seared salmon and the deep fried avocado rolls were to die for. My friend loved the lobster roll. Soooo good! Also made me look extra good bringing my friend here because she’s a total foodie and was in heaven.“
