Really good. 😋 Flavor to savor. A very satisfying experience. A little pricey but what sushi place isn’t? Seating is a bit tight. I look forward to a repeat performance. A friend took me here and we started in before I realized it was worthy of comment - that’s why some is already missing. Yum.

We stopped by Sushi Cortaro today for a family sushi night, and once again they reminded us why this is our go-to spot.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the chef with a warm “Welcome back!” It had been a while since our last visit, so it was really nice to be remembered. The fish is so fresh, all the food is incredible and they have so many gluten free options! As someone with celiac being able to trust a restaurant is huge and they go out of their way to make sure everything is safe. The staff is also always so kind! I can’t recommend them enough!
