Consistently solid Sushi over many years. Great lunch specials. Very good service, but can get very busy on the weekends. Usually do a great job with takeout; rarely have to call for corrections.
Best sushi in town.. if u don't know them ur missing out.. even if don't like sushi their menu will accommodate even those who don't like raw seafood. My 3 yr old grand baby goes with us he likes to try new things. Staff lovely and will explain anything u have questions

We ordered the 16 PC. Sashimi with imagine roll. Delicious! Great presentation and our server Kyle was attentive and brought our dishes quickly. I always enjoy our meals here The Sashimi portions are very good. My wife tries the Unagi roll for the first time and enjoyed it. I recommend Sushi Cortaro and bring all of my friends here to dine.
