“We had an amazing birthday dinner at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. The food was outstanding, and the wine selection was delicious and perfectly paired with the meal. A special thank you to Dylan, our server, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening. He went above and beyond to help our 5-year-old son feel comfortable and welcome in the space, which made the experience even more memorable for our family. We also want to thank Sonja for the wonderful wine tasting experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines, and the great conversation made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a special occasion or celebration — we'll definitely be back!“

“For a weekend lunch, not bad, the menu is much smaller for the weekend lunches, the service is alright, seemed to be a little oblivious to weekday menu options, didn't really fill drinks, but not bad. Food was almost identical to Dove Mountain Brewery, I wonder if they share prep or ingredient lists. The view is amazing, I highly suggest a reservation, but even the bar had great views of the valley.“

“Cayton’s was a great experience all around. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the whole visit feel special. The food and adult beverages were solid, but what truly stood out was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating to a family member in a wheelchair, which was genuinely kind and very much appreciated. Unfortunately it was a rainy day when we were there but I will definitely be back to utilize the patio.
Between the welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful service, and spectacular views, this is definitely a place I would return to.“
