I gotta hand it to this place, they’ve come a long ways from when mistakes were common and the staff acted like they didnt care to what I encountered today:
There was a mistake on my order, we took it back and the manager offered us whatever they could to make it right as well as a gift card. I appreciate and respect that. And given how low customer service is in Tucson as a whole, this was a very welcome relief and change of pace. Thank you.
