I really wanted the NEW dragonfruit freeze thing and they didn't have the machine up and running for that flavor. I was given another option and told they'd credit me so next time I order I get a free one. So great customer service, which we never have an issue with at this location. The restaurant was clean, it was closer to closing time so I get it we ate inside and left 10 minutes before the dine in closed. This is the ONLY taco bell that ever gives me the correct order! Taco Bell has been my safe food for a month now. It's almost the only thing I can eat. Everytime I go to ANY other taco bell other than this one, I get somebody else's order. Very disappointing. But shout out to the staff here for paying attention.

Great customer service. I ordered from the app and they ran out of beans, so they couldn't make my order. I didn't want to wait the 15 minutes for them to make more beans, so they let me pick different items, one which costed more than my original items. They also gave me two taco coupons. Kudos to the night manager and staff putting the customer first. ?
