I really wanted the NEW dragonfruit freeze thing and they didn't have the machine up and running for that flavor. I was given another option and told they'd credit me so next time I order I get a free one. So great customer service, which we never have an issue with at this location. The restaurant was clean, it was closer to closing time so I get it we ate inside and left 10 minutes before the dine in closed. They didn't rush us or anything so that is always nice, I have just been in the restaurant business before so yeah....... Really enjoy this location and eat there I'd say at least once a month if not more.

This is the ONLY taco bell that ever gives me the correct order! Taco Bell has been my safe food for a month now. It's almost the only thing I can eat. Everytime I go to ANY other taco bell other than this one, I get somebody else's order. Very disappointing. But shout out to the staff here for paying attention.

We got here a spoke to someone about our food we had already preordered just minutes before arriving. We waited for 10 minutes. Then we got someone else attention an someone rudely said what does this guy want. Then proceeded to give my fiance an attitude about our food that was just sitting right on the cart next to the counter. Our food was cold by then. Then a watched someone else come in an get greeted as well as receive their pick up order very timely. Our order number is92274

Great customer service. I ordered from the app and they ran out of beans, so they couldn't make my order. I didn't want to wait the 15 minutes for them to make more beans, so they let me pick different items, one which costed more than my original items. They also gave me two taco coupons. Kudos to the night manager and staff putting the customer first. ?
