Great experience! Usually fast food places are all the same..However, this Arbys is above expectations. First of all, the dining area was spotless.Secondly, the young man (I forgot his name but we visited Saturday 2-24-24 around 11:30am) at the register was very professional and polite. He even brought the food to where we were sitting and asked if we needed anything.. He did the same with an elderly couple next to us. Customer service was good. They were quick to help with any ordering questions and verified the order to avoid confusion. Used to drive-thru for a quick bite, it was fresh and delicious.

so i order the meat mountain, it didnt include all meats which was a let down. im eating my food and some young ugly latina walks in and starts ordering with a Glock in her hand. I could tell the man at cash register was frightened. Someone shoulda stopped her. Also i dropped my cup on the way out and the cup wasnt strong enough to keep the soda inside of it. disappointed in you arbies
