And I just want to show the picture of this beautiful frappe they gave me which they gave it to me how I asked in a larger cup was extra whipped cream and extra caramel on the top they made it perfect to order and exactly what I paid for and better. “We zipped through Carl's Jr today for breakfast. The line was longer outside so we went inside. Diego assisted us. The young man has incredible interpersonal skills! He knew his job well, he was pleasant to speak with, and he made me feel like I was important as his customer. He did all this while also working the window and helping in the back. He had a smile on his face the entire time and he is just awesome! I spoke with his manager and he was pleasant, as well. Kudos to the cook in the back as he was whipping through all of the orders to get everything out to the customers in a timely manner! This is the best Carl's Jr I have ever visited! We visited the restaurant at 8:30 a.m. on March 5th 2026. I'm noting this so that the manager and the cook can be recognized as well. I did not get their names.“

“First time having a smash burger, it wasn't bad. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Not a fan of shoestring fries, will get the onion rings from now on. The sauces were interesting and surprisingly good and different from other restaurants typical sauces. Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions since this was my first time there. So if you're tired of the other burger shops, try this place out.“

“Finally revising this review - management changed some years ago. Service has been great, both in wait time and food quality, and with pretty much everyone that works there. Friendly and efficient service. I always order on the app and pick up at the counter, so I can’t really speak to the overall “atmosphere”, but it’s been clean every time I’ve been there, which means something.

Vegetarian options: Black beans can be substituted for meat in any item, and multiple items are noted specifically as vegetarian on the menu.

Parking: Parking is sometimes sketchy when the Mexican restaurant right next to it is full; the main ingress from houghton also goes right between the two. that part of the shopping area wasn’t thought out. There are designated spots for takeout though, and I can always find a spot, it’s just tight.“
