“I was almost ready to give up on Subways! Lately the sandwiches have not been up to par but I was in the area of thornydale and tangerine and decided one more time! I am extremely glad that I did! I walked in and was warmly greeted, My sandwich maker of the day was Ester. Every question she asked, she asked with a smile. After she was finished she took the time out to ask me how my day was going, thank me for coming in, invited me back! That is the type of customer service that has been lacking at the other subways. “Did not catch the guy’s name but he had glasses. Anyway, I ordered my food at 4:58pm, online it said 5:15pm it would be ready, i got here at 5:03pm and it was ready by the time I walked in! He offered me a complimentary cup too even though I was on my way out. Filled my water, got in my car, and see him keeping himself busy waiting for the next customer. It was a small interaction, but I love sense of urgency! Wish I had the courage to ask for his name but I can tell he’s a damn good worker!“

“I sometimes eat here as my second option for for a quick fix for food. It’s pretty good, in my opinion, although the meat can change everything about the sub. I usually order a sub with white bread, ham, tomatoes, olives, onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, mayo, and mustard. I used to get oven-roasted turkey but it turned quite plain and very bland, so I switched to ham and it changed everything for me. The cookies are great ad well.“

“The staff was professional and kind using a happy and chipper tone which is appreciated in the morning. We were asked to pull to the front where we waited a couple minutes for our food. When we got our food everything was there including plenty of our requested sauce. Definitely cannot complain!“
