“I was almost ready to give up on Subways! Lately the sandwiches have not been up to par but I was in the area of thornydale and tangerine and decided one more time! I am extremely glad that I did! I walked in and was warmly greeted, My sandwich maker of the day was Ester. Every question she asked, she asked with a smile. After she was finished she took the time out to ask me how my day was going, thank me for coming in, invited me back! That is the type of customer service that has been lacking at the other subways. “My first time trying Charley's. The friendly cashier Lacosta made me feel very welcome and heard. I ordered a chicken teriyaki cheeststeak, a Philly cheeststeak, and 6 piece garlic parm boneless wings. They tasted good, not amazing, but good enough.

Only thing is I wish I ate my cheesesteak sooner because it got soggy pretty quickly. Also, they charge extra for ranch. Not a fan of that.

Place is clean and fun to look at the wallpaper and sit on their fancy chair.“

“Went in today and was attended by Sway. Great customer service and just very attentive and explained any questions we had. From past experiences at other locations there was lack of service and just wanted to leave a review because Sway went above and beyond today.“

“I sometimes eat here as my second option for for a quick fix for food. It’s pretty good, in my opinion, although the meat can change everything about the sub. I usually order a sub with white bread, ham, tomatoes, olives, onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, mayo, and mustard. I used to get oven-roasted turkey but it turned quite plain and very bland, so I switched to ham and it changed everything for me. The cookies are great ad well.“
