“I was almost ready to give up on Subways! Lately the sandwiches have not been up to par but I was in the area of thornydale and tangerine and decided one more time! I am extremely glad that I did! I walked in and was warmly greeted, My sandwich maker of the day was Ester. Every question she asked, she asked with a smile. After she was finished she took the time out to ask me how my day was going, thank me for coming in, invited me back! That is the type of customer service that has been lacking at the other subways. I live way on the west side of town and I will drive the extra miles to come back! Thank you Ester for making me love Subway again!“

“We are a big group so we always put a strain on the poor staff any where we go today we ordered 9 subs. The staff handled it so well kept everything organized and in a timely manner. Garrett handled business as usual quickly and with a smile.“

“Did not catch the guy’s name but he had glasses. Anyway, I ordered my food at 4:58pm, online it said 5:15pm it would be ready, i got here at 5:03pm and it was ready by the time I walked in! He offered me a complimentary cup too even though I was on my way out. Filled my water, got in my car, and see him keeping himself busy waiting for the next customer. It was a small interaction, but I love sense of urgency! Wish I had the courage to ask for his name but I can tell he’s a damn good worker!“

“I sometimes eat here as my second option for for a quick fix for food. It’s pretty good, in my opinion, although the meat can change everything about the sub. I usually order a sub with white bread, ham, tomatoes, olives, onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, mayo, and mustard. I used to get oven-roasted turkey but it turned quite plain and very bland, so I switched to ham and it changed everything for me. The cookies are great ad well.“

“I went to the location on Twin Peaks last night. The two gals were super sweet helped all 4 of us with our meats at the last hour(s) of the day but the bread was hard, yes I get a meal, ate it and was full but my soul wants happy. Today I go this location and my go to 15 Titan Turkey was amazing, as seen on the menu not toasted and send it! The gal was awesome, made the sandwich while still small talking, made me feel very welcome in the busy gas staion.“

“The food is amazing. The staff is absolutely incredible, they get to know you and make connections with everyone that come through. I take my family there every week because of the amazing staff and food. There's never bad energy in the air, they always make my kids feel welcome and wanted. We will always return to this store. The manager and staff make this store the best restaurant in the area.“
