I go into an establishment where I am ALWAYS greeted with a hello and a smile, I'm given superior customer service and amazing quality product every time I enter. I've always paid with a card but today I had cash and after paying I went to leave the guy just a few dollars and he looked right at me and said THEY HAVE A NO TIPPING policy. These owners are doing something right and more business should take note.

“I was almost ready to give up on Subways! Lately the sandwiches have not been up to par but I was in the area of thornydale and tangerine and decided one more time! I am extremely glad that I did! I walked in and was warmly greeted, My sandwich maker of the day was Ester. Every question she asked, she asked with a smile. After she was finished she took the time out to ask me how my day was going, thank me for coming in, invited me back! That is the type of customer service that has been lacking at the other subways. “I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place across the street“

“We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Yes, we all know Baggin’s is a tad bit expensive but its stayed the same and been a pillar of the Tucson local food scene for decades now. And this location provides a clean, welcoming environment, employees who actually greet the customer (take a hint Jack in the Box, Wendys and Subway!) and food made accurately and with care and attention.
