“I ordered two footlongs online, and drove 20 minutes to pick up my order. I was nicely greeted as I walked into the store, and my order was ready and waiting for me on the pick-up rack. As my friend and I started into our subs, we noticed that there was a slight mishap with the order. Nothing too serious, but it wasn't what we were hoping for. I called to share feedback with the manager (not to complain), and Ian was absolutely great. He was very understanding and helpful. I will definitely be back to this store for future business.
