We contacted the manager a day prior with a list of 16 different sandwiches for pick up on Tues. 10/17. This list had requests for specific garnishes and condiments on each of the sandwiches. When we arrived at 9:00 AM, our sandwiches were all neatly packed up and ready for pick up. The sandwiches were delicious with freshly baked bread and ingredients. In the midst of a very busy lunch crowd, my drive thru order was not right. I called and Hanna did everything to make it right and was so very nice! It is great to see such wonderful customer service. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is a true asset! Thank you, Hanna!

If my pre-order not been ignored this subway would easily get 5 stars. Once I arrived and Subway determined the error they quickly filled the order (17, 6 inch sandwiches and drinks). I don't think it was Subways fault but that of the 3rd party catering company. Would recommend would order from again.
