I paid $40 for a cake because I wanted it to be better looking and better tasting than one I did by myself. I called twice to see if it was ready and got sent to voicemail both times. One of these times was five minutes prior to my pickup time. Love Coldstone, but this one needs some help litteraly and figuratively. The had 2 employees when we arrived, but only one was serving customers. The other was just cleaning and the line was out the door. Watched many people walk out because the line was too long. The Asian girl mixing appeared to be in a pissy mood. No smile. Walked in at sunset for a strawberry blonde sundae. The place was busy and only one employee was working. Since I was in no hurry, I let the families with kids go ahead of me.The young woman was fast and friendly and served the crowd quickly. Once the rush subsided, she worked on keeping the area clean.My "Love it!" sundae (medium) was over $7 but this place gives military discounts. The ice cream is rich and flavorful.
