We visited Cold Stone Creamery recently and had an average experience overall.

The ice cream was fine, but nothing stood out compared to other dessert spots. The service was okay, and the visit felt pretty standard from start to finish.

Overall, it’s an average option if you’re already there, but not a place I would go out of my way to recommend.

Thank you to the young man that was so kind to my nieces and nephews when we came in. My nephew had a VERY specific order he had previously gotten with his dad that he was trying to recreate, and you took the time to get it right.

You didn't know what they were going through but you chose to be kind and patient anyway. Thank you.

Not sure what Brianda is talking about, but these kids make tipped minimum wage($11.70/hr). Go get ice cream some where else if its that bad. The ice cream is good and the portions are big.
