“One word. Amazing! First time here.The restaurant filled up to capacity while we were there. Ordered the Mixed Fried Rice with steak, chicken, and grilled shrimp. Son had the Quesabirria and Street Tacos. Alexa was on top of everything. The food was, well, look at the photos. Presentation was beautiful. Taste was even better. We will DEFINITELY be back.”

“My family and I love going to tanuki! The owner is the nicest person ever and always present when we go. She always gives the kids a little treat and makes our whole family feel so welcome. Being Japanese, it's hard to find comfort food for me in SV, so whenever I don't feel like cooking, my husband and I grab tempura soba and it fulfills the craving. The food is made with a lot more "love" than other places in town where you can get Japanese food and is so much more personal. We will continue being regulars.”

“I love authentic Chinese food. If they added Dandan noodles to their menu, I think I would live there. I ordered four of my favorites as a self-care date. It did not disappoint. I will be feasting for days on chicken fried rice, garlic bok choy, pork green beans, and lightly spiced Mapu tofu.”

“went there the other day to have lunch and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. even though there were only about 10 customers in the entire restaraunt, we waited patiently. during the next 20 minutes we watched about half the customers finish their meals and leave. we could hear the staff in the kitchen laughing and socializing loudly. once someone finally did appear from the kitchen, I had to flag someone down to ask to be seated. I was greeted with indignant attitude saying they were still too busy to seat us despite maybe 5 customers eating and vastly empty tables. when I pointed out that they indeed weren't very busy, I was told I could feel free to eat somewhere else. so I did. what terrible customer service and rude staff. if I could give this location negative stars I would”

Wanted to share with a friend so we got the fajita chicken roll combo and a single crab egg roll AND the banana pudding! And my goodness it was everything I wanted and more! She was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. “We visited Sierra Vista on our way from Las Cruces, NM to Prescott, AZ. We found the Horned Toad by accident. It was one of the best finds we've ever made. The bartender and clientele were lots of fun. Everyone was so nice. The beer and Brats, were excellent. We will definitely go back on our next trip.”

Monica is a gem of a employee, always trying to help customers with apps and giving great consistent service. Lucy is a speed demon of a worker, excellent service every time.i might be 2nd in line and she scans ahead and my drink is already there..That's service! Jackie is a pleasant Barista, I seldom see her but when I do she remembers my name and is a good worker as well. Overall I gave this location a 4 star rating, And manager can do better by being a better support system for her employee's, I understand the responsibility of being a manager or supervisor, but when your employees are busy during peak hours she should be there knocking them drinks out. Getting supplies and being a supporter..One.more thing, so many customers have the app to build points,and this is.the only store that struggles with there system or scanner. I should have so many points and shouldn't have to reload a card to get points. PLEASE UPDATE YOU SYSTEM OR I WILL GO TO FRY'S OR TARGET. The tacos are good just could use a bit of that oil left behind. We paid $50 for two burritos with some adds e.g. cheese, 3 tacos and 2 drinks, thinking a bit much for lunch. Service is great staff very friendly and food came fast and hot. Plenty of room to sit with simple accommodations.”
