“One word. Amazing! First time here.The restaurant filled up to capacity while we were there. Ordered the Mixed Fried Rice with steak, chicken, and grilled shrimp. Son had the Quesabirria and Street Tacos. Alexa was on top of everything. The food was, well, look at the photos. Presentation was beautiful. Taste was even better. We will DEFINITELY be back.”

“We had brunch at Urbano on Sunday, March 22 and were lucky enough to be Monique’s very first table of the day, and you would never have guessed it was only her second day! She was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without missing a beat. Also, major compliments to Chef Abdul, the food was outstanding and definitely matched the great service. “My family and I love going to tanuki! The owner is the nicest person ever and always present when we go. She always gives the kids a little treat and makes our whole family feel so welcome. Being Japanese, it's hard to find comfort food for me in SV, so whenever I don't feel like cooking, my husband and I grab tempura soba and it fulfills the craving. The food is made with a lot more "love" than other places in town where you can get Japanese food and is so much more personal. We will continue being regulars.”

“Oh my goodness! This food was absolutely lip smacking GOOOD! I didn’t know what to expect just was ordering from Door Dash starving. Wanted to share with a friend so we got the fajita chicken roll combo and a single crab egg roll AND the banana pudding! And my goodness it was everything I wanted and more! I would absolutely go back in person, would love to try a lot more dishes in the future, highly recommend! Great prices for a good amount of food!”

“My son and I were looking forward to trying the NY style pizza, since I'm from the East coast. He is in law enforcement, so it was a while before we could get there with his schedule. Last Monday, after an appointment we had, we got there about ten minutes from closing time. Both of us said the same thing, the pizza was not good. It was far from NY style, and the price was not worth it. Not going back.”

“We recently enjoyed a lovely short trip out of town! Instead of just relaxing by the hotel’s pool and Jacuzzi, we decided to take our kids to this amazing indoor aquatic center. It turned out to be one of their memorable moments—seeing them happily swim with their dad while I relaxed at the tables made the day feel extra special. During open swim from 1 to 5:30 pm, I loved unwinding in the spacious Jacuzzi, and our kids had so much fun splashing in the waves and playing on the small pirate ship with a slide—perfect for little ones, especially my son and daughter. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, even though I didn't catch her name. What made everything even better was that it wasn't crowded, and it was so nice to see other families enjoying their time here too. The prices—$4 for kids and $6 for adults—are very reasonable for such a joyful experience. It truly was worth every penny. Thank you, The Cove! We’re really looking forward to visiting again soon.

“Love coming to this store, lately the lines have been long with only 1 worker working and no support from manager. Mr Phil always pleasant, not the fastest guy but always get the same service. Monica is a gem of a employee, always trying to help customers with apps and giving great consistent service. Lucy is a speed demon of a worker, excellent service every time.i might be 2nd in line and she scans ahead and my drink is already there..That's service! Jackie is a pleasant Barista, I seldom see her but when I do she remembers my name and is a good worker as well. Overall I gave this location a 4 star rating, And manager can do better by being a better support system for her employee's, I understand the responsibility of being a manager or supervisor, but when your employees are busy during peak hours she should be there knocking them drinks out. Getting supplies and being a supporter..One.more thing, so many customers have the app to build points,and this is.the only store that struggles with there system or scanner. I should have so many points and shouldn't have to reload a card to get points. PLEASE UPDATE YOU SYSTEM OR I WILL GO TO FRY'S OR TARGET. “went there the other day to have lunch and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. even though there were only about 10 customers in the entire restaraunt, we waited patiently. during the next 20 minutes we watched about half the customers finish their meals and leave. we could hear the staff in the kitchen laughing and socializing loudly. once someone finally did appear from the kitchen, I had to flag someone down to ask to be seated. I was greeted with indignant attitude saying they were still too busy to seat us despite maybe 5 customers eating and vastly empty tables. when I pointed out that they indeed weren't very busy, I was told I could feel free to eat somewhere else. so I did. what terrible customer service and rude staff. if I could give this location negative stars I would”
