“We had brunch at Urbano on Sunday, March 22 and were lucky enough to be Monique’s very first table of the day, and you would never have guessed it was only her second day! She was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without missing a beat. Also, major compliments to Chef Abdul, the food was outstanding and definitely matched the great service. Being Japanese, it's hard to find comfort food for me in SV, so whenever I don't feel like cooking, my husband and I grab tempura soba and it fulfills the craving. The food is made with a lot more "love" than other places in town where you can get Japanese food and is so much more personal. We will continue being regulars.”

Both of which you can choose your level of sweetness & they tasted delicious 😋 The owner is very kind & took the time to show me all the natural ingredients she uses for her menu items. I took my mother again yesterday. We were kindly greeted when we walked through the door. She tried the Butterfly Series Peach Pea Flower Tea, which she also loved the flavor of! “I love this coffee shop! I discovered it through DoorDash when I was sick and wanting a treat and a coffee. I have a gluten intolerance so I was very happy to see they had macarons and, when I called, that they had gluten free syrups! Now I come every Saturday for a large monkey pie latte and 4 macarons (when available). It’s a clean, friendly, and cozy coffee shop. It’s also within walking distance to the local bookstore (Get Lit), which is a huge plus! 😊”

I'm a VERY picky eater so when I say a place like this made good food, they made good food. I ordered a custom Caesar Chicken wrap. I asked several questions as they were preparing it and no one was rude to me. In fact, they were friendly, accommodating, and willing to listen to me. It's good to finally find a place that actually fills the wrap with chicken instead of some other places.”

However, tonight my wife ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla and that is not what she received. The chicken was not shredded they also forgot her sour cream and guacamole. Lucy is a speed demon of a worker, excellent service every time.i might be 2nd in line and she scans ahead and my drink is already there..That's service! Jackie is a pleasant Barista, I seldom see her but when I do she remembers my name and is a good worker as well. Overall I gave this location a 4 star rating, And manager can do better by being a better support system for her employee's, I understand the responsibility of being a manager or supervisor, but when your employees are busy during peak hours she should be there knocking them drinks out. Getting supplies and being a supporter..One.more thing, so many customers have the app to build points,and this is.the only store that struggles with there system or scanner. “craving something easy to digest after doctors all day and got more than could have hoped for! greeted immediately with kind words and smiles- food fantastic- pad thai with tofu had veggies and plenty of protein- mongolian beef tangy with a bit of spice- both large servings big enough for a hearty eater or 2 meals for us birds- casual atmosphere with homey decor and wonderful music- staff friendliness all around the entirety of our no rush, afternoon treat- i would recommend and look forward to returning and exploring their extensive menu”

The fraps rival the national competitors; I recommend the Green Tea Matcha Frap, the Bourbon Caramel and Vanilla frap, the Bourbon Caramel and Toffee Frap with Java Chips & the Snickers Frap but they have endless combinations you can try! Oatmilk makes everything better! The smoothies are good too and use real fruit! They often have pies & muffins that are tasty as well. “One word. Amazing! First time here.The restaurant filled up to capacity while we were there. Ordered the Mixed Fried Rice with steak, chicken, and grilled shrimp. Son had the Quesabirria and Street Tacos. Alexa was on top of everything. The food was, well, look at the photos. Presentation was beautiful. Taste was even better. We will DEFINITELY be back.”
