“We had brunch at Urbano on Sunday, March 22 and were lucky enough to be Monique’s very first table of the day, and you would never have guessed it was only her second day! She was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without missing a beat. Also, major compliments to Chef Abdul, the food was outstanding and definitely matched the great service. “The manager Mindy Boettcher is such a lovely person. So friendly and cheerful every time I'm lucky enough to see her. Her attitude is often emulated by the other staff.
It means a lot to have someone fix my food who does so cheerfully and clearly enjoys her job.
Oh, and she makes a darn good pizza!!“

“Amazing tea! I got the mint tea with a pump of Irish Cream and some honey, and it tasted spectacular!🙌 The atmosphere of the cafe is also really cozy. I didn't get to try the baked goods since they're currently out of stock, but I can't wait to come back again to try those as well. Overall, wonderful experience.✨“

“Just had a delicious iced coffee... the Barracuda. It was such a satisfying treat that I inhaled it before I paused enough to get a pic of how yummy it looked. It eased my caramel craving & also provided a gentle energy boost. I will definitely be back for more! **They plan to open a drive-thru location sometime soon off of 6th street in SV**“

“Amazing Service! Had a large group of 20 and our servers Nick and Debbie were fantastic!!! Attentive. Polite. Spot-on Service. The orders were taken correctly and served all at the same time. Absolute best service ever recieved in Sierra Vista, especially with a larger group. From the reservation to dinner on the table this Olive Garden is top knotch!!!“
“We visited Sierra Vista on our way from Las Cruces, NM to Prescott, AZ. We found the Horned Toad by accident. It was one of the best finds we've ever made. The bartender and clientele were lots of fun. Everyone was so nice. The beer and Brats, were excellent. We will definitely go back on our next trip.“

“We came here for a birthday party and had so much fun! My kids loved swimming in the different pools they offered, especially the small pirate ship slide. There’s a large heated pool, a wave pool, a diving pool, and a kids area. Also a large slide for older kids/people. It wasn’t too crowded so swimming around the pools was enjoyable. There was also plenty of life guards on staff.“

“My family is visiting my grandparents and we were looking for a late night snack. We arrived and were greeted with a smile. Ice cream was served quickly. (Delicious of course) Clean and neat place too.
My mom paid for a box of dolly bars and forgot to grab them before leaving. She called and the manager said he would keep them for her to pick up the next day! Awesome.“

“It’s typical fast-food seating but the food line moves fast because the servers are all customer-service oriented and friendly. The franchise-atmosphere is fine and the food is good. It’s pretty noisy in there but you can still talk without shouting.“
