It was after rush hour and the dining tables and the drink counter were quite messy.I got a burrito that was almost square. There was no way to eat it without undoing it and remaking it. I saw the cashier look at it disapproving, but didn't help the other employee .ake it right. More training should be done instead of throwing employees in to sink or swim. All of the food is good minus one thing.. The rice is consistently undercooked. Either the rice cooker needs service or replaced. It could also be that they aren't following procedures for high altitude cooking. I worked at a franchise chipotle that put me through culinary school, I know how to make everything from scratch, this isn't right. Everything else is good though usually.

I always love the food! The staff is courteous and pleasant and the restaurant is clean. I really don't like sitting inside because it is loud and the seating isn't really comfortable. I also think it is usually really cold in the restaurant. Maybe it's just me. Sitting outside is a little better for me if it is a nice day.
