Had a delicious Big Carl burger, best ever.Their broiler was down and they made it on the grill. The cook Justin grilled it to juicy perfection. Justin is a magician!I do DoorDash at night. The night manager, Chris knows how to take care of his late night customers. He gets the food out fast and it's always hot! Chris has a friendly and workmanlike approach to his job.Vegetarian options: Need to bring back the Beyond Burger, so my vegetarian friend can join me.
After 5+ years, we decided to give this location a final chance to prove they deserve to be on our fast food rotation. I am happy to say EVERYTHING was wonderful. Hit and properly made. Every bit as good as the Carl's Junior we go to in Tucson. Well done.If zero stars were an option, that would still be more than this place deserves. Ordered 2 burgers to go along with a chicken sandwich and fries. Now the burgers were ordered as follows: burger one, light mustard and ketchup....read full review

Just had a wonderful lunch at Carl's Jr in Sierra Vista and was so impressed by the General Manager, Sergio. He was so welcoming and accommodating- great customer service with a smile! It's also nice to see a Manager take pride in his job and wipe down tables and keep the establishment and restrooms clean! Cleanliness is a Must!!Thank you Sergio!!!
