Recently stopped here for dinner. I had the two meat plate consisting of brisket and jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage along with creamed spinach and corn bread. For dessert I had the pecan pie. The brisket left a lot to be desired, it lacked flavor and was very dry. Now the sausage.... That my friends was on point!!! Very good!! That alone was worth the trip. We had the new smoked and fried chicken wings and they were perfect. Talk of the bone tender with a kiss of smoky flavor, I recommend them without a sauce, but you can get them tossed in a number of delicious sauces as well.

The chopped brisket was delicious, nice and tender. I like the choice of BBQ sauce that you add yourself. The Cole slaw was fresh and crunchy, and that's refreshing. The young lady that took our order was friendly, most delightful.
