Little Caesars Reviews
Little Caesar’s Pizza has changed their sausage. I’m not sure what they are using but positive it is cheaper. The sausage is now square and tasted awful. I think the sauce has changed but am not positive. Have been a fan of this pizza joint since they opened. Not going back. The pizza gave my husband and I an upset stomach. (Had to be the nasty sausage.)

Little Caesars Pizza remains a place known for cheap and reasonably good quality pizza, such as a perfectly made pizza, outstanding breadsticks, and wings. The food is often described as great and bussin for what is expected. However, significant and consistent issues revolve around order timing and store operations, particularly during busy periods like the evening. Many customers experience long waits, with orders frequently not ready at the promised pickup time, whether ordered online, via the app, or by phone. Instances include an app saying food was ready when it was just going in the oven, a 15-minute delay past the ready time, and a delivery arriving over an hour late without the paid-for extras.
The store often becomes very busy and hectic, especially with a high volume of online orders, which can overwhelm the staff and slow service for both walk-in and pickup customers. At times, staff are so slammed they deter walk-in orders, and customers sometimes leave empty-handed. While some workers are noted as friendly, kind, professional, positive, and in good spirits, the pressure can lead to visible team tension, with managers appearing flustered and calling out staff in front of customers. The operation seems to require more staff or a limit on online orders to manage the flow. For a better experience, customers are advised to be patient and potentially avoid peak times, as this is not always a place for a quick pizza and breadsticks anymore. When the team works well together, the quality food is delivered, but timing remains an unreliable challenge.
