I was waited on immediately. He knew I had a 40 mile drive to get home and told me how to freshen them up with a little heat. He was right. Our Subs were delicious.

If my pre-order not been ignored this subway would easily get 5 stars. Once I arrived and Subway determined the error they quickly filled the order (17, 6 inch sandwiches and drinks). I don't think it was Subways fault but that of the 3rd party catering company. Would recommend would order from again.

Ordered sub with 50% more meat. It was the smallest sub I have ever gotten from them. I would say it was 50% less then normal meat. This store is so inconsistent with their portions and quality of bread. I won't go back to this store again unless the fix some stuff.

Went through drive at about 930pm, no one else in line. I ordered a spicy Italian on wheat, extra mayo, spinach, tomato, extra jalapeños, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.I got no mayo, no jalapeños, 1 leaf of spinach, no vinegar, no salt, no pepper, just oil.I could understand why he messed up almost everything, the entire time I was ordering he was talking on the speaker to his friend in the background.This subway by Walmart is a disaster, and it's usually something similar to this. It's my own fault I know better then to go there.

Service was good and those employees try really hard to get your sandwich made in a reasonable time. It's one of the better subways I have been to.
We contacted the manager a day prior with a list of 16 different sandwiches for pick up on Tues. 10/17. This list had requests for specific garnishes and condiments on each of the sandwiches. When we arrived at 9:00 AM, our sandwiches were all neatly packed up and ready for pick up. The sandwiches were delicious with freshly baked bread and ingredients. This well managed Subway staff assembled our sandwiches exactly as ordered. We will return on our next visit to beautiful Sierra Vista, AZ.

In the midst of a very busy lunch crowd, my drive thru order was not right. I called and Hanna did everything to make it right and was so very nice! It is great to see such wonderful customer service. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is a true asset! Thank you, Hanna!

The food is good but the management is not very good the district manager doesn't return messages or phone calls and ignores people store management is not good either especially when they only work one day a week or not at all and still get paid to be a manager at Josie's but that's the way this company wants to run things so these two managers should go find new jobs or not work at all if they can't work more than one day a week
